It's a really tough ask because lots of the roads nearby are similar but judging by the passage on the left and not being one on the right and considering the length of the road my best guess would be petersburg road.
Actually looking at it again and recalling the first wall to the right i'm more sure that this is Adelaide Rd taken from someone stood on chatham street. There was a shop on the corner to the left just out of view.
