Cows coming in for Winter / Herd of Cattle / Moving Cows from field / Happy Cows

Bringing the Cows into the yard for the winter season.
Winter starts when they tell us they want to come in. When the fields are too wet and muddy, the herd comes down to the farmyard gate,hang about and basically keep mooing at us !
At their request, we get the sheds bedded down and put feed round and let them all in 😄
They were shy at first when we opened the gate but when the first cow came through, the rest of the herd happily followed.
They're in the shed and yard for the rest of the cold season now. I'm sure they will join together and moo at us when they're ready to go back oit in Spring! 🐄 🐮
