There was a ton of space for him to stop, or just go around the back. He seemed to be one of those guys with a chip on his shoulder. The Lexus was already in the road, it's not like it jumped out in front of him.

the car was stopped blocking both lanes and then when the biker swerved to go around they kept moving almost hitting the biker. the car driver was the asshole and should have waited until all lanes were clear of traffic before making any kinds of moves.
Or maybe the biker should've slowed down instead of going around?

David Edbrooke Nope. They were speeding. Yes, the drivers have to look, but so do the bikers. Insisting that the bikers have the right all the time does not protect them from serious injury or death when colliding with a much heavier car. Usually, a rider and his bike weighs 450 lbs combined... yeah of course, it can be 500 or more combined. However, a car/van/truck with driver/passenger would weigh at least a few times more. Even small cars now weigh close to 3,000 pounds.
The rules of the road are clear. You do not enter a carriageway or lane in such a way as to cause any vehicle on that carriageway or lane to change speed or direction. End of story.

Riding in front of the car is also kind of pointless, what if they darted ahead trying to get out of the way? I'd have tried to go around the rear of the car. There's no point getting pissed off at the driver by going back and trying to fight/damage the car. Next time something happens, it'll be someone else!

1. When two incompetent motorists come together. The bike clearly had enough time to see the situation unfolding, and should have acted sensibly by slowing down, keeping on their side of the road and wait until the car was out of the way to carry on. However the bike was going unnecessarily fast and ploughed dangerously into the situation, cutting up an obviously incompetent driver, and adding more hazards. Biker, you had the choice to deal with the situation better, but you didn’t. Remember not to take the law into your own hands, and you don’t own the road.
I understand these bikers like to have fun riding their bikes fast, but they must know that they are putting other people's lives in danger, not just their own. If you want to drive fast, just ride when there is no traffic. Be smart riders is basically the message.

The car probably did not see the motorcycle in time because the motorcycle was obviously speeding. Definitely the motorcycle at fault and yet he is throwing the bird to the car? WTF.
this reminds me of a time when my cousin was go the speed limit , but gone a lot faster over a time then did a wheely... somebody got mad and started yelling,"I DON'T LIKE IT WHAT PEOPLE GO FAST THEN MY CAR!" it was pretty funny to hear about it later that day

I rode for years. Sometimes my Gs 1000 was my only transportation. Winter summer - all weather. You learn from experience. Cars will kick your ass. Sometimes bikes are hard to see I've not seen them before. You have to always think about that the driver of the car ahead doesn't see you and be prepared for action.
At 0.13, instead of yelling inconsequentially, why not just go round the back of him? What if he hit the gas as the rider swung in front? Then he'd have been fucked. No kidding.

Mostly what I see is irresponsible people; either on the bike or in the car. A motorcyclist who doesn't accelerate into a turn doesn't know what he/she is doing. Unsafe driving by speeding around vehicles and then slamming on brakes is what makes people not respect motorcyclists. I ride bikes and I hate it when I see idiot drivers both car and motorcycle on the road but, the motorcyclists have the disadvantage, like it or not. Drive responsibly and safely and save the acrobatics for a designated area. With freedom comes responsibility.
The first guy would last about 10 minutes in the Philipppines... you could see the car for my count of 1 thousand one, two, three, four, five..... damn just make an adjustment and get on with life....
