I am watch it right now (aug 19 24, 2:51) am and what is strange is has moved very little for about an hour and 20 minutes and seems to be stationary. I am watching it tonight right over Trumps Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida. Its very erie as it moves across the sky so slowly like that. It is very very brightly lit, more than a normal full moon, and does seem to have a slight blueish resonance to it. It just seems to not be moving as you watch it. Thats no doubt due to a seasonal Earth wobble shift happening just as to reaches directly over head like it is and the sequence of its position making it seen as though its standing still shile the Earth tilts slightly towards the fall months. Fun to watch.

I am watch it right now (aug 19 24, 2:51) am and what is strange is has moved very little for about an hour and 20 minutes and seems to be stationary. I am watching it tonight right over Trumps Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida. Its very erie as it moves across the sky so slowly like that. It is very very brightly lit, more than a normal full moon, and does seem to have a slight blueish resonance to it. It just seems to not be moving as you watch it. Thats no doubt due to a seasonal Earth wobble shift happening just as to reaches directly over head like it is and the sequence of its position making it seen as though its standing still shile the Earth tilts slightly towards the fall months. Fun to watch.
