email relay is depended on the smtp service that you are going to use. this is more technical and therefore i decided not to do a video about it. i think it will confuse people more than help them.

Do I have a separate email server to set this function? Will these problems disappear if I move to Zoho email platform? Thanks for your help!
Hi Lior! I came across this video and I'm not sure if you can help. First, I am also in Toronto ; ) In any event, I'm hoping you can answer my inquiry. I'm logged into my cellular, however, I'm not sure why I'm not receiving any SMS messages (with OPT verification) to allow me to log into my laptop. I've been receiving all other SMS. Is there another way I can get access without the OPT verification code being sent by SMS. I've done different things (ie ejecting SIM card, rebooting, cache, Message settings...) with no success.
Hey Lior. I have a IT Support ticketing system for our company and I am trying to find a way to create a rule plus add in an alert that gets triggered once that rule is validated. For example, any contact/email is from John, Lisa and Greg (once they create an IT ticket that gets sent out to me and others in IT), I want to be able to get an alert stating this a Report Request as an example, I have mocked up some validation rules and alerts but doesnt seem to come through as an email (the alert), which is frustrating. Thanks!

It can be due to permissions or a different zoho license. Please call zoho support and check with them. It’s hard to support using a UA-cam comment box
I use an email issued by the company I work for. They told me that they are unable to provide me with some of the information needed to do the steps you outline in this video. We use Outlook and have a Microsoft Office 365 account. Is there a way to connect my email?
It’s common with brokerage style. I see it all the time with real estate, financial institutions and insurance companies. It will be great if you can use your own domain. Some companies allow agents to use their personal domain. For example Lior@liorizik.com
