Every time you drop one of these I say to myself..."this is the best one he's done yet!" I wonder each time how you're ever going to top it with another one! 😂 You never disappoint! You grasp my attention & I'm always on the edge of my seat! I learn so much from you & you make it so fun!! Great job! Keep up the great work!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Jake!!!!!❤❤❤❤ Everytime I watch one of these I ask myself how can I help him grow! Sadly, no one really watches me, so I can’t except keep coming back and watching you and commenting. ❤😽
Absolutely stunning video. This plant was already at the top of my list to add to my collection in the spring- I feel like I know it so much better now! I had no idea they grew that big. 😮❤
They are truly beautiful. I highly recommend getting one local or domestic shipped. DON’T import. Importing philos usually causes their roots to crash and patriciae is NOT a hardy species. But I’ve gotten ones shipped domestically (potted, roots undisturbed) and they have adapted to my living conditions just fine.😉
Variegation is just sooo common these days it’s no longer that interesting. Though in some cases it’s still quite beautiful. But I think we can all agree some “variegated” plants on the market look flat out ugly.
@ already DID… gona have my cuttings hopefully next weekend 😂😂 but yeah ive been meaning to get king anthurium but too expensive here… the patriciae is just as 😍
@@plantgayforlife he suggested to propagate it for me first so since it’ll take a week (their last mother plant) so i guess rooted.. ? Ill check on em next week
Your vids are so captivating, my children likes to watch them💚🌱 We're alllll plant gay when Jake's on!!!

I appreciate those kind words!🙏most people would assume plants and botany are kinda boring but sometimes there’s really interesting stories to tell
The information combine with your personality and creative editing makes your videos captivating to watch.
Thank you! Much appreciated🙏
Your documentaries are awesome Jake, thank you.

Thank you! Appreciate the kind words my friend 🙏
Plant gay Daddy, the video I’ve been waiting for 😭😭❤️❤️❤️
Another awesome video to start my workday with. Thanks Jake!
Thank YOU🙏
I saw this philo on SPG’s channel and managed to source a baby one. Not very common in our community. People just want variegated plants 😅

I think you have a future in narration, possibly of nature documentaries!! 🙏🏼 🍃 🌈
Enjoyed this video from a safe part of Colombia. Most of Colombia is safer than the US because guns are actually illegal here.
What part of Colombia do you live in? We are thinking of visiting bogota, Medellin, jardin, Pueblo Rico, and Cali
This is the gayest plant documentary ever, and I'm all here for it! Thanks again Jake! Keep it up!
Patriciae is a gay icon of a plant so I had to up the phagotry a little✨
Are you sure it couldn't get gayer?
Anything is possible around here
Loving these informative videos! 4ft long leaves 😂 gonna need a bigger moss pole 😂❤
Definitely 🦈
Veitchii angrily leaves chat.
Oh he’ll get over it. Prima donna. 🤣
Is 5e perfect time to visit. I just got my king anthurium.
5e?
Do you know if Selby Gardens still has this species on display? I’ve been meaning to go there.
I’m not sure but I don’t see why they wouldn’t! 😊
I would love a plant named after me!
Nataliana sounds so elegant!
@@plantgayforlife Ohhhhhhhh! I LIKE it!
Kudos on your storytelling vibe ( suits me better then the "rambling"repots but maybe that's just me, sorry)
A little change of pace in plant content 😅
*INMEDIATELY texts my local nursery if they have ANY*
Sigh…. I just said to myself no more new plants 😢
I feel like you can make an exception with a plant like this😉
@ already DID… gona have my cuttings hopefully next weekend 😂😂 but yeah ive been meaning to get king anthurium but too expensive here… the patriciae is just as 😍
Are you getting patriciae as a cutting or a rooted/potted plant?

If you can get an established plant that would be ideal since it might take several months to root out in water. Just a heads up.
Ah…, Tha’🎭DraMa❕
Cue the spotlight!
Please add Kuna, Carla, Patriciae and not a pothos stickers to your store. 🙏🏻
