@@marcus_motors_ they are super bright, indeed! Don’t look directly at them😂. I have a rearview camera in my Giulietta and at night the view is much better.
Have you found an led rear indicator globe that works without error? The rear indicators on the G are dim - risky move smoking the lens when they’re already dim…
I haven't yet, tried 3 types so far. A couple flashed a few times, then stopped. One pair worked but double flashed on the dial cluster when I used the indicator. Gave up after that haha and I took the tint off a few weeks back 😅
I found some LED rear indicator bulbs that are canbus free and have no errors, bit of a faff as they're from Italy and the company don't deliver abroad but ordering it through a courier service works and only took a week to come, very bright and very clear
Hi mate, yeah I saw some from esselleparts, screenshot them with good intentions of ordering, but the mess about has put it down my list of priorities 😂 I really should just do it, they definitely let the rear of the car down as I've done the rest in LED
Hi, I can't remember what brand I used but it was light smoke. I know some do just light and dark, while others do a medium smoke too Thanks for watching
Hi, thank you for watching. It's a light smoke taillight tint, something like this www.starvinyl.co.uk/window-and-car-light-tint/luxe-lightwrap-smoke-gloss-air-release.html
I just watched a few vinyl wrapping videos on UA-cam by ckwraps before I tackled it. Looked best to leave them on the car so you have something to push/pull against, rather that trying to hold them down and apply the wrap!
Marcus Motors, do you have any issues with the radio signal after this bulbs installation, because I see the comment on aliexpress regarding this product: "when I put in the R my radio signal is lost"? Many thanks!
Hi, none at all. Might've just been unlucky timing for the owner because that sound a little extreme. Not saying it's impossible, but it's the first I've heard of it. Let me know ho you get on if you decide to go for it. Thanks
Hi, the link is in the description 👍🏻 got them from aliexpress. There are similar ones on ebay if you want a quicker delivery time for a couple more quid but I can only vouch for the ones I've fitted
Hi Marcus, have you had any error messages come up on the dash since you fitted these? Thinking of grabbing a set myself. Thanks for the content btw, recently got a Giulietta, these vids have been super helpful!
Nah, no errors mate. Go for it, my drive has no streetlights near so these help massively. They're near on as bright as the drl. Nice! What model you gone for?
@@marcus_motors_ Nice, cheers! I got a 2012 Lusso model, just slowly been working through some upgrades, like the LED bulbs, alloys and some common faults like the petrol cap hinge fix! I’m currently looking to see if it’s possible to add the side skirts you get on a Veloce model and fit them to a Lusso model.
Yeah the LEDs all round have been a massive improvement, the hinge is easy enough mate. I don't see why they wouldn't be compatible, but have you seen the linea f side skirts on alfisti? They're very nice
@@marcus_motors_ Yeah I sorted the hinge no problem. I haven’t no, I’ll check them out, thanks! Can you recommend an lowering springs for the Giulietta? Would just like to lower the car by about 30mm to reduce the wheel arch gap.
Fair enough. I think they look good. I've got the eibach springs, get rid of the tractor arch gap haha www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141421490244?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=epBtBJwIRGq&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=qW5AT9QyRXS&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=
I ordered the exact same led bulbs and they work great without errors on the dash! Thanks!
They're good aren't they! Reverse in the missus car and I can't see a thing now haha

It's like you just flashed your main beams haha
Thanks dude. Bought the same ones. They work great, no error
Nice one mate, like reversing with high beams on isn't it 😂
@@marcus_motors_ yeah its a game changer😅
Thanks for that Marcus. Looks like I'll be ordering new globes now :)
Well worth it mate! I knew it would be a bit brighter obviously, but without my tint on, they would be blinding 🤣

@@marcus_motors_ Thanx for your answer, it gives me a good idea of the result.

Yeah, I had a week look at a few websites and I'd say mine is a light over a medium mate
Thanks for the link and video. How did you made this nice smoke effect on tail lights?
