    Thanks for the video, very useful, but at the end when you moved the two ends you changed the actual size of the object it might not fit exactly

      This is very true, but it is just a brief tutorial to show some of the tools in Meshmixer. Doing this accurately to dimensional tolerances would require a bit more setup, but of course is achievable.
