Thanks for sharing this ride, I just started spinning on my new peloton @70 yrs young. Working out to this makes it so much more enjoyable. I made the hole ride on just my 5 th time on the bike. Forgot I was even peddling.

The Title said MTB. Basically the whole ride on roads/tarmac, such a shame as there surely must be some excellent trails around there to have ridden on.

Enjoyed the "ride" except when the camera was not the lead bike. I felt frustrated trying to see around the other biker especially given the angle on her butt. I kept fast forwarding through those sections.
