I’d like to ask, if I replace it with led 921 bulb, is it gonna cause any issue? The more I learn bout this car, the more I hate it. The battery replacement is a disaster, now learned if the led bulbs gone, gotta replace the whole things…nice work Chrysler engineers.
Couldn't agree more. I just paid a mechanic $40 to change the battery. $40 every 5 years is not too bad in Los Angeles. But then we realized the starter might need to be replaced. Glad the light is LED so it lasts longer than the 921 bulb. I think I'm still lucky that the powertrain is still in good shape after 130k miles......
In the convertible version, the trunk interior is different, though the taillight assembly is the same. In the convertible, they use plastic inserts. They are designed with cut outs which actually, if you are flexible, allow you to reach down and remove the clips. This way you don't have to remove any interior pieces at all. If you find that you have to remove the liner in the convertible to remove the retaining nuts, then it is a bigger pain on the convertible, but still relatively simple.
Big time thanks. You saved me at least $50 from a dealership or other auto repair place. Thumbs up for Lehew Tech.
Thanks for the quick and to the point tutorial. I think it took me about twice as long as the video to replace both reverse lights ;D

I hate changing my battery in my Chrysler 200. My engine is running fine but at 167k miles I had to get my transmission rebuilt.
