Are there special considerations for cataract surgery for a cat who had radiation and 6 months CHOP chemo protocol for nasal lymphoma?

My cat is having this done Tuesday. The after procedure meds scare me. Thankfully he is docile but he is a cat.

Our female Lab of 9 years has Cataracts. Her twin Bro does not. i feel they may have come forth, as noted last year .. after she neglected to chew and instead, swallowed 3 huge raw chicken necks, which she brought up 2 days later! She nearly died. it is quite amazing, all of it. i know i can heal her supernaturally with herbs, pure aloe vera and .... Please do help us. Bless you.
