Thanks Gail and Alex... I wonder if that leg will still be there after months of lock-down; if it doesn't rain much there's a chance. 🙂 Thanks to you too, for all your lovely videos x
WHAT A GREAT MORNING! Sat down to drink my coffee, turned on UA-cam, and there it was - a new Tom Burleigh video. Coffee in one hand, cat being held with the other, watching the beautiful English countryside and listening to Tom's soothing voice - it just does get better as a start to my day. :)
Thank you, yes... we're both coping reasonably well. I'm probably doing less well because I can't stop from wanting to be out exploring in the rivers. Thankfully we can both still go for walks. 🙂
It's *lovely* when you tilt the camera upwards so we can see your surroundings, especially for those of us who are city-bound. Thank you for removing the poisonous lead - good of you! Great to hear that you are well :-)
Aw, thank you... I don't know of many people who do upwards camera tilts in mudlarking videos, but I do lark in some places where it seems the best way to really show off the scenery. 🙂 I'm still in lock-down, but managing to keep busy. I hope you're keeping safe and well too.
Ah, the wonderful music of the rushing water, one of my favorite sounds...and your voice, another of my favorites! I miss the days of all tea pot spouts, what has happened to all of them, I wonder. Lovely bottles, just loved the small one with the stopper still in it. I just know you will find your intact cod bottle and I can't wait! We don't have those in the states. We do love our Mason jars though, the blue ones are old and hard to find. Til next time take care my friend and keep tight to those you love.
The great Teapot spout migration of Autumn 2019, they all seemed to leave, and no-one was paying attention to where they went. Maybe they'll be back one day, who knows? I'm glad you enjoyed this video; it's certainly a lovely spot and probably worth a re-visit when lock-down is over. 🙂 Til next time, keep safe and well, I hope you and your loved ones come through this OK.
Not much call for the blue Mason's here so I gave mine away to a lady that still cans with them. If I knew you would have wanted them I would have shipped them to you.
Mr. Burleigh...your videos are a soothing happy place I visit often this last week since I discovered you. Wonderful narration, enchanting vocabulary. You might consider a side job with Audible or similar. Your mudlarking has inspired me to start on my own here in Vancouver. It won't be as exciting as yours but the hunt is most of the fun & I've already visited new places in my city I didn't previously know of. Please do continue to show us your creations, like the octo-girl. Fabulous. Appreciate you!
What a wonderful surprise to come in from clearing blackberry brambles from the fence line, working in my greenhouse and garden to finally sit down with my coffee and find an adventure waiting! And you did all the walking because I was tired! A beautiful scenic lark...I thank you!
I'm glad you enjoyed it. 🙂 I wish blackberry brambles grew better in the woods behind my house, it would make it much easier to forage them come berry time 🙂
That's good to know... sorry I had to shorten the intro music in this video; there were fewer editing options I could use than usual. I'm glad my videos can calm you (and other people)... makes me feel like I'm helping. 🙂
Such a lovely green mossy place. The burbling brook singing merrily, no doubt the breeze carrying the scent of spring flowers, the dappled sunlight filtering sweetly beneath the trees, an old stone bridge, and You there finding delightful treasures...what a perfect day...my cup of happiness made full! Thank you for sharing!
I think if I go back, I'll go looking for that old stone bridge... I'm sure there must be one either a bit further upstream, or downstream... it was a lovely little place, I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂
@@tom_burleigh I may have imagined the old stone bridge, but it seemed just the thing to match the beauty of that place. Thank you for taking us on such a lovely wander.
Tom Burleigh thanks for the reply. We are doing ok here. It’s good to see the communities pull together under such difficult times. Hope you and your loved ones are well 👍. We look forward to your next video.
Yes, I find it quite sad; bottle diggers don't have permission to dig on that site; and they're the ones making it so that asbestos is getting into the stream, and killing trees by digging up the roots in search of bottles. I don't mind bottle digging as a hobby, but with or without permissions, filling in the holes afterwards is the right thing to do.
What a happy coincidence to meet up with a fellow/lass who shared this location with you! Such an idyllic area: mossy rocks, river-worn pebbles, treasures of all types, and a sense of timelessness. Thank you for clearing away the trash. May not seem like much, but it does add up. Thank you for the journey. I hope it gave you the peace and relaxation that it gave to me. Best wishes from Florida.
Oh wow! What a brilliant mudlark! I finally got chance to watch and enjoy, hoping it would ease my mudlarking withdrawal. No chance of that, it made me want to go even more lol Wonderful finds and you are right, Phil would have loved it there. So many things, but I think my favourite was that knob and metal off a bedstead or fence :)
Can I just say how much I've enjoyed your videos lately. I've been binge watching mudlarking videos since Christmas and I must admit, your dark and witty commentary speaks to me more than most. I can really appreciate that you see beauty and usefulness in such a variety of things. The artist in me can also relate in that way as well. Just wanted to say thank you, and I look forward to more of what you find.
Thank you for the day out. Your voice and strolling through the forest is so soothing. I feel like I really left home for the afternoon. So many bottles and so much damage to the trees. Be careful and Stay Safe. 🦋
This is truly medicine for the soul of one who loves the outdoors, rivers, streams and to listen to others.. Thank you for sharing your trips. Loved the little bottle with the stopper, and the marble..💞 I couldn't believe you resisted the milk glass! Stay safe and healthy, you and yours.. 😊
Ah, you haven't seen the milk glass box at home; it is piled high... and I've only found a use for 6 of the pieces. 🙂 I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and I hope you and yours can stay safe and healthy too.
Thank you for taking us along with you. Lovely video. Once again there were so many bottles that I would have taken that I probably wouldn't have been able to carry them all!
I certainly live in the middle of some beautiful locations... one day I shall film some of my local woods and rivers, they are gorgeous and peaceful, although there are very few old man made things to focus any filming of them. 🙂
Really enjoyed your walk along such a lovely stream and picturesque hildsides! Your finds, such as some differently shaped bottles and doll body parts were a nice bonus!
I thought it beautiful too... and I want to go back again and explore more, take more time over the pottery sherds, and the hillside befor the tunnel. 🙂
Thanks Kathy, I agree... it's an oddity too, a dumpsite up river of any notable population center, about a mile up from the nearest small vilage. I can't quite imagine what led to it being there; in such a beautiful little valley. 🙂
Thankyou for sharing your larking Tom. Be careful in places where others have been digging. They have not been considerate of trees or people there. Trees might topple on people & people might fall down holes. It is disappointing to see such lack of consideration. An interesting search. I find myself absolutely fascinated by the patterns & shapes made by flowing, rippling, trickling, gushing, rushing, spraying, dropping, splashing water.
Thanks Sarah; there's always a chance of an accident happening while out; although I'm careful and pay attention to my surroundings; have kept safe so far (apart from a few very minor falls, scrapes, bruises, the usual 🙂). I love the patterns and shapes, the sounds and burbling life of water too 🙂
Thanks Deb, it certainly is a strange and beautiful little enclave; hemmed in by roads and hidden by trees... a bit of a lost world feel about it; and maybe a bit of magical light pouring in. 🙂 I hope I can go back fairly soon.
As often as people seem to find tea pot lids, wouldn't it be cool if someone could figure out a way to display them on a wall? Not in a shadow box or on a shelf but hanging by hooks. I don't normally like knick knacks but I think it would look nice in a kitchen or breakfast nook. Sir ,your videos are just plain wonderful, so soothing, especially after I spent 5 1/2 hours in the ER with my 95 year old Mother yesterday. I knew I had your video to look forward to. Thank you.
That's a pretty cool idea, I was wondering when someone would give me an idea for them; they're so often intact and quite good looking... I think it would be fun to have most of the teapot though... cut just below the spout, or at an angle, so that it looks to be embedded in the wall. 🙂 I'm sorry you had to spend so long in ER, I hope your mother is OK, or at least well patched up... and that the ER was a safe place to be.
@@tom_burleigh You made my idea even better, I hadn't thought of that but then I sometimes have a visual problem with items that don't hang straight. I cannot resist straightening a crooked picture or a rumpled rug on the floor or an uneven towel in the bathroom. Its a visual thing for me which a psychologist would probably tell me is some sort of psychosis, who knows. But your idea is still even better. Mom has fallen 3 times since the ER and still isn't better but we're hopeful. The ER people were gowned up head to toe, masked and shielded with plastic face shields but no one washed their hands. How can they forget a simple thing like that? I did point it out though and we need to do this to protect our love ones and ourselves. Stay safe Tom
What an exciting new place to hunt, with stream too! This place is like a dream to me. Thank you ever so much for recording and sharing this experience - very much appreciated. Take care
Yes, it's a pretty little valley too, and it was a pleasure to explore a bit; I'd like to explore from the little town a mile down river all the way up beyond it. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh Tom do you have a mailing address at the location you are staying at now? I'd like to send you something. My contacts are in my channel profile. You can remove the spaces and send me an email at this address as well. skogkniv@yahoo . Com
Tom -- You were very fortunate to get the revelation of that location. Loved your shout-outs to the other Larkers today...Simon, Phil, and Kate. As always, you make it interesting to tag along with your wry observations. Gorgeous spot that I hope you will revisit in future with us in tow.
Yes, I'm lucky that I've met a few nice people out who've been happy to share information... it seems to be a hobby which doesn't attract people who jealously guard their locations. I'm hoping to re-visit this location when I can, and explore a bit downstream and up. 🙂
Tom, this site is truly magical to look at and listen to. Love the water sounds. You do find some very interesting sites to wander around and look for treasure. Thanks for a very interesting video. you keep safe. 💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦💧💦
Thanks Marina, I agree... there was a feeling of magic about the light and the sounds of that place, perhaps it's permanent and will be there when I return... hopefully not just the right time at the right place for filming. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you're keeping safe and healthy too. 🙂
Your voice is definitely one of the most soothing voices that I have heard. I am fortunate in that my husband has a very similar voice and people have always commented and complimented him about it. He also has a Scottish burr which makes is even nicer. If I could bottle his voice and sell it I would be rich!
I do love a nice Scotish accent; my girlfriend can do one (lived there for years), and with a bit of practice I could probably do one too... I think it might be needed if I ever try to do a reading of some Robbie Burns poems. You're very lucky, perhaps you can persuade him to do some audiobook readings; it's about as close to being able to bottle a voice and sell it as possible. 🙂
Wonderful surprise to see another video and thoroughly absorbing as usual...the perfect combination of relaxation and intrepid anticipation!....take care and stay safe 😊
Ah, but you have the Thames and the Seaside close to you... so I'm Extremely jealous too 😃 I'm keeping safe and healthy, and happy a good proportion of the time. I hope you and your family are coping well too. 🙂
Reminds me of a place from my childhood Tom. A woodland stream, lots of wildlife (from frog spawn to froglets, that we took home, which then escaped into my grandma's garden, she nearly had a heart attack!) A wonderful place! I do hope you'll return to this place soon Tom, it really is a special place. xxx stay safe xx love to you and your family from chez in lliria Valencia Spain
Imagine my delight in seeing your upload . I hope you, and yours are well.. I dug a new vegetable patch the other day. Found a marble, and thought of you. Blessings sent your way 🙏
How wonderful, I hope that your vegetables grow well. 🙂 I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and I hope you and yours are staying safe and well too. Blessings sent your way also .
Thanks for another relaxing meander. You do find some real beauty spots. It does make my blood boil though when I see what other bottle hunters selfishly leave behind with no care or thought for others or wildlife.
Thanks NutsAboutNature. I am lucky to live in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It's certainly selfish of some bottle diggers; ruining the local environments, and making things harder for other more considerate diggers. I'd like to dig for bottles some day; but getting permission is hard because of Rogue night raiding diggers.
Aw, thank you. Things are a bit irregular at the moment, and I'm not following any schedule beyond doing what I can manage whenever I feel like it. I can't get out hunting, but that won't stop me from making a few more mudlarking videos which might last until the lock-down is lifted a bit. 🙂 Stay safe and well too.
Thanks Eddiek, I'm looking forward to finding out about the pipe bowl too when I get home; it said something like Gambiene on one side, which suggests an African connection, but made in Paris.... strange colour of clay too. 🙂 Hope you're staying safe and healthy too.
I think if I head back there, I might grab a few of the prettier ones, and give that a try; I have some bottles already to try it with but those ones are in great condition apart from missing the marbles. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh Go for it! There's one in my area which I still need to dig through when this lockdown is over. Haven't found a codd marble yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :)
Hello Tom, I watched all of your videos from top to bottom. Your videos have come a long way from when you first started your channel. I'm looking forward to watching any new videos when all this chaos of the virus comes to a close or at least slows down enough for you to get back out to do what you like doing. Thank you for your videos, they are really enjoyable to watch.
Excellent video Tom! So good to be out on a journey with you again, I could almost smell the earth as you walked over it. Hope you and yours are keeping well x
I would of liked to see more of the glass and trash in the area .It had more stuff laying around than any site I've seen in a long time . You know what you want and collect it , and I understand . I cannot go to such a place , if I could I'd spend all day wandering around . Bring a sack lunch . Go home when the sun sets . I look forward to all the mud larking videos . Thank you for sharing time .
Afraid I had very limited battery life, and limited time; it was about 5:30pm I arrived, and Sunset was at about 6:30pm. I do hope to go back there sometime when lock-down has been lifted and film something longer... I want to explore more and perhaps take some of the broken bottles to cut down. 🙂
@@lunakatt429 Laying usually refers to something that is placed; lying when it is resting or reclining. I'm not sure I'm so precise in my language as to use them correctly every time. 🙂
Those bramble branches hang down over tunnel mouths a lot here; almost as if they're trying to catch things that go through. 🙂 Certainly is a beautiful little place.
Thank you for another wonder mudlark walk. Was hoping to see a video from you today. I collect mason jars and that turn of the century one is wonderful. I have mason jars from the 1800’s and use them on a daily basis in my kitchen. I use a lot of them for storing flour, sugar, dried fruits…
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Any advice on how to restore the Mason Jar? I think perhaps wet sanding with very fine grit emery paper might be enough to polish it up again... a lot of work but I do like the thought of restoring it if I can... perhaps I could even make it into a video with some other bottles. 🙂
Tom, I personally do not restore them. If they have a small crack I’ll stabilize it, but that’s about it. Now that being said, Brandon, Adventure Archaeology (UA-cam channel name) has a way of sanding them that makes them shine again. I have also seen SiFinds use a polyurethane spray (I don’t think that’s food safe) for making his finds glossy again. Just FYI, some masons of that era are quite rare and worth a bit money. Lots of helpful sites that can help you see the variations and help you ID exactly what you found. Happy Hunting 😊
Morning tom hope your keeping well mate, that's an amazing place your in there, and it will change after every storm which should provide more goodies for you hopefully, excited to hear you purchased a forge, I sense some interesting uploads on route , as always many thanks for your uploads , until the next 👍🇮🇪
Looks like a promising spot for finds! I think you should definitely go back. (If only for the doll's leg) 🤦🏼♀️ It appears a section of the stream bottom and sides were cobbled. @10:14 So pretty; moss, nettles and cress.
Yes, I'd very much like to go back there after lock-down. I think the stream bottom and sides were cobbled around the bits that go under roads; so there's nothing for things to catch on and create blockages... which could compromise the structures. I meant to forage some of the watercress before I left; completely forgot. Oh well... plenty of it around. 🙂
Thanks Debbie, I'm going to do some videos where I actually hope to not find anything, because part of the lock-down rules here is that I can go for walks (so why not film my walks too!?), and I do like taking my walks along the river beds, hopping from rock to rock and not touching the water. 🙂
OMGosh!!!! I would not have made it past the beginning of the stream! I would have found somewhere to sit with my feet in the water, listening to it rush over the rocks as I took in the beauty all around me. I would hope to have some paper and pencil to write some thoughts down, poetry or even try to draw the scenery there. So good to see a video from you as I’ve missed your videos. Hope you are doing well and staying safe! Hopefully this will all be over soon and we all can return to a somewhat normal life. Take care, hello to you girlfriend and as always, much love and big hugs from E. Tennessee USA😁😁❤️❤️
Nice video Tom, hope your finding lots of interesting & creative things to do over this lockdown, and your keeping well. Looking forward to when this is over the river will beckon us once again.😀
Thanks Mandy, I'm managing OK, doing a few creative things... but very much looking forward to getting out larking again as soon as it's safe to do so. 🙂
Yes, it's certainly a place I'd like to explore a bit more; from below the small town that's a mile downstream all the way up to just beyond it. I hope you're well, and keeping safe too.🙂
Oh, I don't know if I could do that without accidentally putting on a bit of her accent too... which, on her is wonderful... from my mouth would be terrible. 🙂
Lovely to hear your voice and see this latest video. What an incredible area! As always, looking forward to your future exploration of this sight. Stay well
If lock-down ends before the end of Summer, and I have the personal transport needed to get there; I'd certainly like to go and explore some more there. 🙂

Hi Tom, so glad you got such a good video from this place. I saw that crazy deep and narrow bottle diggers hole, I hope no animals fall down it. The Dutch scene on the pottery would definitely fit my project. I decided to start my own channel after meeting you and with all the new time on my hands...you inspired me!! The pottery shard project is well under way, I'll send you an email about it. Stay safe and hope to see you again one day.
Very much enjoyed the video. Very much didn't like the destructive diggers. Dig away but fill in your holes those of you who leave such a mess. I happen to love bubbling brooks and little streams so I thank you for your video :) Stay safe :)

What a great rich site!!!! All those bottles! Cheers!
Yes, certainly a site I want to visit again. 🙂
I'm sorry you had to spend so long in ER, I hope your mother is OK, or at least well patched up... and that the ER was a safe place to be.
Take care
Comforting to see a new video Tom. That place could easily become a regular haunt I think. Every heavy rain and washout revealing new treasures.
@@tom_burleigh
Looking forward to that when the time is right. Till then, stay safe. Hope your GF is well, too. All the best.
@@salishseaquest7952 Thank you. All the best to you too, stay safe.
I love your voice. Not in a creepy way, the pipe is really cool
Thank you. I didn't appreciate it until I started doing these videos; now I think it might be one of my better features. 🙂
Sam Wright he’s the David Attenborough of mudlarking😁
@@donnalm23 You are so right! In fact I would love him to be on audiobooks, some of those readers are really pants.
Ooooh, a forge? Can’t wait to see what your creativity does with your collected copper and brass! Stay safe and be well!
@@tom_burleigh Yes, very true! I will definitely suggest this to him.
What a pretty place. I adore your reverence for the life of a tree.
What a beautiful site, alovely walk, water looks so clear, the moss looks lovely over the rocks , stay safe,
Wonderful surprise to see another video and thoroughly absorbing as usual...the perfect combination of relaxation and intrepid anticipation!....take care and stay safe 😊
Thanks Wendy, I'm glad you enjoy my videos so much. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well too. 🙂
You have a great voice that is so relaxing to listen to. I really like the videos you share. Thanks.
Thank you, I'm glad you like both my voice and videos. 🙂
Happy to hear you are well! Hope you can get back to this lovely haunting soon.
Thank you. I hope to get back eventually; maybe lock-down will be eased enough to go in Autumn. I hope you're keeping safe and healthy too. 🙂
thank you for the new video. you are my favourite mudlarker
Thank you, that's high praise; there are so many lovely mudlarking people making videos 🙂
You found the 5th Elephant! Wow!
Just the turtle to go, and perhaps a pizza, and the sign can be considered conclusive. 🙂
mudlarking is food for the soul, thanks for taking us with you:]
Just love your videos, love your witty comments and the beautiful scenery, thank you so much for the enrichment!
You have such beautiful countryside around you and so many bottle dumps! Extremely jealous haha!! I hope you are still keeping safe and happy :)
Ah, but you have the Thames and the Seaside close to you... so I'm Extremely jealous too 😃 I'm keeping safe and healthy, and happy a good proportion of the time. I hope you and your family are coping well too. 🙂
Very pretty scenery and enjoyable mudlark
Thank you, I agree... it's a very pretty little place, I hope I can go back fairly soon.🙂
Thanks Tom. I really enjoyed this video. Stay safe and healthy.
Thanks Jessica, I'm glad you liked it, and I hope you can stay safe and healthy too.
What a great place with lots of interesting finds! Nice to see a video from you!
Yes, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was... I hope to be able to return someday not too long from now. 🙂
Wow your voice ... Think I will listen to this too sleep tonight
An the ambiance just wow . And the fact you remove the trash of the river is great .
What a magical place, lots of treasure. Love your videos 😉👍🏻
Thank you... I agree, considering it's surrounded by roads, that little valley has somehow managed to maintain a magical feel to it 🙂
Imagine my delight in seeing your upload .
Thank you so much Tom☮️🇨🇦
You are very welcome Lovely Skull 🙂
Thanks for another relaxing meander. You do find some real beauty spots. It does make my blood boil though when I see what other bottle hunters selfishly leave behind with no care or thought for others or wildlife.
Thanks NutsAboutNature. I am lucky to live in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It's certainly selfish of some bottle diggers; ruining the local environments, and making things harder for other more considerate diggers. I'd like to dig for bottles some day; but getting permission is hard because of Rogue night raiding diggers.
Tom video ların çok güzel ve dinlendirici bulduklarında öyle 💖🧿😇🏞️🌻
Omg Tom, I would go nuts there. I collect bottles.
Certainly a place I intend to head back to sometime... the bottles there were mostly in lovely condition.🙂
I've missed your calming voice and easy manner. Stay well and safe and happy hunting!
Such a n interesting area with so much to look at...enjoyed
Thanks Tom! Most enjoyable as usual. I am ready for some more poetry reading ;-)
Thanks Bluejay... poetry things are being worked on; the elements are slow to come together, but they are coming. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh I am sure it will be worth the wait. Looking forward to seeing some of your craft work too. Best regards ;-)!
Beautiful place, loves your soft voice. Be safe 🙏😇😁
Thank you. I hope you and yours are staying safe and well too. 🙂
Great video , great finds , great Tom!!! . Take care .
Thank you. I hope you're keeping well and taking care too. 🙂
Good video Tom. It will be interesting to see what you can find out about that pipe bowl with writing on. Stay Safe..😁👍👍
Thanks Eddiek, I'm looking forward to finding out about the pipe bowl too when I get home; it said something like Gambiene on one side, which suggests an African connection, but made in Paris.... strange colour of clay too. 🙂 Hope you're staying safe and healthy too.
great video tom hope youre gonna film your brass melting shenanigans
When I can get home from where I'm locked down, yes. That's the plan anyway. 🙂
I so enjoyed that! Beautiful place and the anticipation of the next find with the next step throughout! Loved it!
Thanks Lynn, I'm very glad you liked it. 🙂 I hope you're keeping safe and well.
I have missed you and am so glad you put this video out. Do take care and stay safe during this lockdown. Tammy🌻
wonderful to hear your soothing voice again.
So many bottles. I personally have a thing for broken codd bottles, I often turn them into drinking glasses or candle holders.
@@codycythraul6257 Good luck, I'm sure you'll find some of the marbles eventually. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh Aye thanks! And that's the plan :)
There's usually more lying around at the other dump site I visit... this was a very small dump site in comparison. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh I worried whether laying or lying was appropriate . Now I know.
@@lunakatt429 Laying usually refers to something that is placed; lying when it is resting or reclining. I'm not sure I'm so precise in my language as to use them correctly every time. 🙂
I ducked my head from the branch as you were going through the start of the tunnel. Beautiful little stream and countryside.
What a wonderful relaxing video Tom thank you so much
Just lovely.
Thank you. 🙂
(If only for the doll's leg) 🤦🏼♀️
It appears a section of the stream bottom and sides were cobbled. @10:14
So pretty; moss, nettles and cress.
Hi Tom, Please make a vid during the lockdown on you working your new forge. I would love to see you making arty things.
Alas, I'm locked down away home, and home is where the forge is. 😥
Thanks Tom, I would walk around that area even if I never found a thing, lovely and peaceful.
Thanks Debbie, I'm going to do some videos where I actually hope to not find anything, because part of the lock-down rules here is that I can go for walks (so why not film my walks too!?), and I do like taking my walks along the river beds, hopping from rock to rock and not touching the water. 🙂
Oh how I wish to come with you. 🌳🐿️🍀🐝 Thank You
I do hope you go back there when we are allowed to wander again. It looks the sort of place that will produce more finds as time passes...keep safe x
Yes, it's certainly a place I'd like to explore a bit more; from below the small town that's a mile downstream all the way up to just beyond it. I hope you're well, and keeping safe too.🙂
I just want to hear you say what Mrs Johnson says as you splash into the water lol. Excellent finds
Oh, I don't know if I could do that without accidentally putting on a bit of her accent too... which, on her is wonderful... from my mouth would be terrible. 🙂
@@tom_burleigh Pop your wellies on....
Lovely to hear your voice and see this latest video. What an incredible area! As always, looking forward to your future exploration of this sight. Stay well
Thanks Julie. Certainly looks being a place I want to explore more when the lock-down's over. 🙂
Lovely mud lark Tom. Xxx 🇮🇲🌈💙🙏
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
That shot of the trees after emerging from the tunnel was glorious. I'd love to see that same show when the trees are leaved up.
If lock-down ends before the end of Summer, and I have the personal transport needed to get there; I'd certainly like to go and explore some more there. 🙂
Glad I found your channel! :)

Oh wow it was really great to see this video ... I have been looking forward to another of your videos. Really enjoyed the it Tom thank you and I hope you are well .

Thank you Tom. We are fine here . I hope this lock down won't be too much longer . I look forward to your next video .stay safe .

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. 🙂Hope you're staying safe and well too.
@@tom_burleigh I am, thanks! :-)
Very much enjoyed the video. Very much didn't like the destructive diggers. Dig away but fill in your holes those of you who leave such a mess. I happen to love bubbling brooks and little streams so I thank you for your video :) Stay safe :)
OOO Tom, There were so many things you walked past, I got to shouting at the screen and pointing lol . Never mind, there will be many more days to come, after lockdown and maybe you can go back for a second time. Thank you for taking us all with you.
