Great video. Have you every cut the craft fur patch side to side vs. lengthwise? The reason I ask is that a friend of mine cuts strips about 3/8 wide going side to side. He ties them on the hook shank and then does touching wraps rather like one does with chenille. I have tried and done nothing but make a mess which results in my really hating craft fur. Many thanks for any thoughts/suggestions.

A suggestion.
Look for Elmer's Bond for Fabric and Paper. It is transparent and is supposed tol stay in place if run through a washer! It is the same price and comes in identical bottles at most craft stores..
