Thank you ma'am...,a good idea to have vada pre-mix. Everytime,I dont want to prepare so much batter as I dont want to prepare so many vadas..Just in case of festivals n when hosting,I want to prepare vadas...So,sometimes,I dont get that MTR vada mix...this is an awesome way...and the strainer idea is also so good...And imp. caution abt oil for beginners..Great ma'am. I did not make the premix but I loved the tip of using the filter to drop the vadas. Very helpful especially when making with roasted urad dal flour as opposed to grinding the urad dal. Awesome!
