Torque Converter Engaging when in Idle Issue

Playing around with a yard kart and installed a new Torque converter, but it won’t let the wheels spin freely when in idle. Seems to want to engage even at low RPMs. I’ve already lowered the idle way down. Any ideas on what could be wrong or is this just a bad torque converter?

Yes, I to everything back off and put it back on again and magically that worked, so not sure what was happening before.

@@elianjasso380 After taking off the TC and reinstalling about 5 different times it suddenly worked without issue. I wish I could say what it was for sure.

@@JasonLefevers You had the inside sheath of the driver backwards.
