in 2020. video streaming no longer uses UDP. It's all TCP based. Like youtube uses TCP, since we can rewind the video clip to a specific timeline of our choosing. Would it be more correct to watch a video stream where we have no control of the video, and that would be considered UDP, like GIF based ads?
