Run Baltimore 2021

- I'm in Baltimore for the Believe in the Run open house. But before the party, I wanted to revisit portions of the Baltimore marathon course that gave me so many problems when I ran the race back in 2010. I got lost a couple times, I broke my selfie stick, and a 13 mile day turned into 15. But overall, I had a great run.
After the run, I got showered up and headed over to Believe in the Run. Rather than make one big video with two sections, I am posting this video and the Open House video on the same day but as separate videos. I hope you enjoy.

Started watching your channel a couple months ago when I decided to start my marathon journey and ironically enough The Baltimore Marathon will be my first. Dreading the hills...lol Seeing the footage of Lake Montebello brings me back to H.S. when we had to run around it in gym class...lol
Love seeing you run in my hometown, Bmore is a great running city.
to hilly lol
kofuzi running through the hood ayeeee
Nice video, thank you for sharing. For people like me from another country it is really nice to see the places, the city looks really nice, and amazingly empty :)
Nothing breaks you the way Lake Montebello does. Just hits different.
it mocks me
Beautiful run! Great tour of the city, Michael. Thanks!
Always great to (re-?)run in new places! Enjoy your time out there!
Welcome to Maryland....I'm not too far away. Looks like at the beginning you ran some part of the Baltimore 10 miler. That body of water you mentioned you hater IS LONG, probably because you can see all the way around...it's the turnaround point for the Baltimore 10 miler...the first mile is straight up hill and with it being a out and back, that last mile is back up that hill.
Crab cakes and football that's what we do. I wish I could have made the open house to say hi but I was knee deep in kid's birthdays. Glad you could make it to my area maybe they'll have another event that you'll be at.
Count me in
Baltimore looks like a nice place to run, nice scenery.
It is a lively place
Welcome to Maryland!
Is it just me or the place kinda have ghost town vibe?
What is your calibration value you put on your stryd foot pod?
I ran the Half ones and Balti-MORON-A=THON ones too, and after that I realized that was to hilly for my Marathon, everybody here at the DMV thinks the same afraid of run that Maratathon loo
the hills are undefeated

Yo!
All of the grafiti would have made me nervous. I bet the weather was cool
Grafitti he passed is more so in the wealthier neighborhoods. Lots of white hipster artist types.
@@joncohen6059 wow, thanks for the info. I have never visited that area but would like to check it out someday
