Silent 16mm black and white film showing the Ulysses S. Grant house being moved to the Michigan State Fair fairgrounds. The reel begins with a shot of the sign listing upcoming events at the fairgrounds. The house is shown being hauled by a Kristy House Moving Company truck. The plaques on the front of the house receive a close-up, and four men including Detroit Historical Museum director Henry D. Brown are filmed as one of the men sets the jacks on the truck.
