This episode shows once again why Bugglebots rumbles absolutely rock. To be honest I think the most deserving robot won the rumble, when you consider the unfortunate way it was eliminated from the competition. Also well done to all those who got their special awards.

A fantastic dung beetle melee, and a massive congratulations to those who won awards at the end. Question is will we get some whiteboard fights? If so, then I can't wait, got my fingers crossed and everything. May have to have a go at making a beetleweight in the future too haha.
It was good to see Jay win best newcomer. There were other people there who had never built a robot before, but they went one better by just not building their robot at all!

I won't mention individual names because I'm tired and emotional and lazy and they know who they are and everybody's already in the credits anyway so what's the point and... and... Shut up, woman. This year's Bugglebots was great. Slick production, excellent editing, hardly any herds of stampeding elephants; the fights were unpredictable; the bots were impressively reliable (and clearly built to very high standards); and the international flavour of the event was brilliant. Thanks to all concerned. I've sent each and every one of you a cheque for £30,000. Spend it wisely, peeps. [Terms and conditions apply.] Now, if you've a strong stomach and are wearing decent chest armour and a boob-snorkel to protect you from being smothered, you're all gonna get a great big Elli hug.
