When fragrance oil combine with surfactant and then Alcohol
It turns milky.
Some fragrances return to clear. Some dont

The difference is quality.
Undiluted quality fragrance will give a better product.
U can even use ur body spray

Have u seen a thick and viscous airfreshner before? Does the thickness has anything to do with how well it works. Airfreshner are meant to be out in a spray bottle to be sprayed in the atmosphere after cleaning. Is not liquid soap. Try and buy swiss Airfreshner and compare
