- It is tragic that so many people will open their eyes after death thinking they will be in heaven, but find themselves in Hell. This video exposes the lies and shows the real way to heaven.
Matthew 7:13-14
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Revelation 20:14-15
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Romans 5:6
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1 John 3:16
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
John 10:11
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
John 10:28
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
Mark 4:16-17
16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
1 Peter 1:18-19
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
Jeremiah 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Romans 5:1
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Romans 5:9
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
John 3:36
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Heaven doesn’t rejoice when a sinner believes… Heaven rejoices when a sinner repents!! (Luke 15:7)
Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Both repentance and faith in the sacrificial work and resurrection of Jesus Christ are required for salvation.
Mark 1:14-15

Now I am afraid. I feel as though nothing can get me into heaven. I am afraid Hell is inevitable for me. There is nothing I can do.I don't know what to do. I don't know if I know Jesus. I don't know if I repented sincerely with a humble heart. I don't know how to be humble, that is what scares me. I don't know how to be sure if I am truly saved. I feel as though any advice from anyone will just blind me more from the truth. I need help.
Perhaps I can help clarify the repenting part. If you know that you are a guilty sinner and you want to righteous like God and not continue in your sins, then you have repented. What is needed then is faith in Jesus Christ on the cross. Faith is knowing that we can do nothing to undo our sins, make ourselves better, or get ourselves to heaven and so we depend on Jesus Christ to take away the guilt of our sin, change our character, and take us to heaven. I recommend reading these passages and think about what Jesus Christ has done for you. Philippians 2:5-11 , John 19, and Isaiah 53.

If you are struggling read this~ I know I’m young but I would just like to say that, In 7th grade I was in a very dark place. I couldn’t feel much emotion and I HAD thoughts of revenge and other things. But God saved me, He gave me the people in my life and He showed Himself to me. Even in my darkest days He was there with me, He never left me. One day while I was in bed I started to pray with my hand to the sky and I felt something holding my hand. At that very moment I knew it was Him. I repent of all of the sins I have committed. I am ready to begin a new life with Him. There is still time go repent love one another and believe in Christ for He will forgive you❤️ He helped me in hard times and he will help you too:). Just pray! I will pray for you! Great to hear your testimony!
Faith without works is dead. Works without faith is vanity.
But what kind of works? Because we all sin, I'm just a bit confused
@doritojo9644 parable of the sheep and goats, Matt 25
Just because we call upon His name doesn’t mean we are saved. Works (as listed in the parable) can be used as reference
Basically, Jesus turns away the goats because they have no good works, even though they call upon Jesus’ name
@@doritojoe9644 Breaking the ten commandments of course, just about everyone has murdered some one in their past lives and won't admit to being reborn. I'm guessing your a murderer if you can't say you can get into heaven based on works.
@doritojo9644....
Ephesians 2:8-10- For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of Go-not by by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
We are saved by the Grace of God and not by works. It doesn't matter how many good works you do. You will never build a latter high enough to reach heaven. And you will still fall short as we all do. Yes we are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. We are to help each other and take care of each other. But it is your heart attitude that makes the difference. Are you doing good works to get too heaven and trying to impress the Lord? Or are you do good works because the Lord wants you too do in the effort to honor the Him and perhaps to share the gospel with others? It our hearts my friend. Remember it is written that not everyone who comes to Me saying Lord Lord will be saved.
It's just the original commenter said. Faith without works is dead and works without is in vain. Without good works our faith is dead. Because there is no point in following the Lord if you aren't going to love your neighbor. As it is written those who follow Jesus but hate their brother then the love of Christ is not in them. And without faith in the Lord and truly loving or Lord and truly loving our neighbor the good works we are in vain and vanity and amount to nothing. You need works in faith and faith in works.
How to be saved ezekiel 18 20-23: The soul that sins, it shall die; a son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, and a father shall not bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. And if the wicked man repent of all his sins that he has committed and keeps all My laws and executes justice and righteousness, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he has committed shall not be remembered regarding him: through his righteousness that he has done he shall live. Do I desire the death of the wicked? says the Lord God. Is it not rather in his repenting of his ways that he may live?
This is brilliant!
I hope and pray people could understand: we are HOPELESS. We are nothing without God, without Jesus HIMSELF saving each and everybody!
May His Glory shine to this poor world forever, Amen!

This video make me think a lot. I think that I agree with you. A new suscriber, keep going❤
Thank you for the encouragement!
To be saved you have to repent and trust in Jesus for real what that actually means is give up everything evil and be holy like God to the best of your ability but if you mess up it ain't the end of the world cause you have already been forgiven. But that doesn't mean you have a license to keep sinning I mean if you break the law on earth your going to pay for it right if you wilfully live in sin you are not fooling God but the devil is fooling you.
You are close, but I would say that salvation through repentance and faith comes first and then, through the power of the Spirit of God, we can live godly lives. Our next video will talk more about this topic.
And the Holy Spirit will be given to you as a helper and guarantee of salvation

Thank you! Quite right!
Lord I thank you for all the blessings that you have given me, Amen.
The problem is over 45k denominations that all believe and teach something diff thinks they're right. Christ made one church one people. Not 10s of thousands
How can I be saved? Why do I need to be saved?
We are all infected with sin (Romans 3:23). We are born with sin (Psalm 51:5), and we all personally choose to sin (Ecclesiastes 7:20; 1 John 1:8). Sin is what makes us unsaved. Sin is what separates us from God. Sin is what has us on the path to eternal destruction.
How can I be saved? Saved from what?
Because of our sin, we all deserve death (Romans 6:23). While the physical consequence of sin is physical death, that is not the only kind of death that results from sin. All sin is ultimately committed against an eternal and infinite God (Psalm 51:4). Because of that, the just penalty for our sin is also eternal and infinite. What we need to be saved from is eternal destruction (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:15).
How can I be saved? How did God provide salvation?
Because the just penalty for sin is infinite and eternal, only God could pay the penalty, because only He is infinite and eternal. But God, in His divine nature, could not die. So God became a human being in the person of Jesus Christ. God took on human flesh, lived among us, and taught us. When the people rejected Him and His message, and sought to kill Him, He willingly sacrificed Himself for us, allowing Himself to be crucified (John 10:15). Because Jesus Christ was human, He could die; and because Jesus Christ was God, His death had an eternal and infinite value. Jesus’ death on the cross was the perfect and complete payment for our sin (1 John 2:2). He took the consequences we deserved. Jesus’ resurrection from the dead demonstrated that His death was indeed the perfectly sufficient sacrifice for sin.
How can I be saved? What do I need to do?
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31). God has already done all of the work. All you must do is receive, in faith, the salvation God offers (Ephesians 2:8-9). Fully trust in Jesus alone as the payment for your sins. Believe in Him, and you will not perish (John 3:16). God is offering you salvation as a gift. All you have to do is accept it. Jesus is the way of salvation (John 14:6).
This video was very clear and explained the 4 main misconceptions and lies.
Thank you. I appreciate the feedback.
We need more people to understand that if we really love God, we must turn from our evil ways/sin. And live a life knowing Jesus is God in man form who died for our sins. And only through God's grace can we make it to heaven.

The only way to heaven is through Jesus, when we repent and believe, it means turning from unbelief to belief , from trusting in ourselves to trusting and be in Jesus, asking for forgiveness, saying sorry, turning from sin does not save us, these are things we should do, and will do in love for Jesus saving us, but it does not save us
Absolutely 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻very well said !
Good works and sacrifices do not bring you to eternal fellowship with the Lord God. The only thing that will get you there is the acceptance of Jesus' atoning death on the cross! If you believe in Jesus as the son of God and that He died for you and accept this, then you are saved!
But if I still sin? Yes, that is why Jesus died for you. He knows that no human being can be sinless, we just can't do that. Total grace!
The Holy Spirit transforms us from the inside out when we're born again. He's our comforter, our guide who brings us into all truth and righteousness. Works occur naturally when we're with Christ, not with our own strength.
@@KristineMarieTxSPIBut we still can not be perfect, we still sin.
Quite right, we will get more into that in the next video.
@@micknordstrom2591 Yes, the process of sanctification lasts until we meet the Lord. In these bodies, we will never be perfect, but there still are ongoing transformative powers of conviction that occur when you are born again. 🙏❤️

How can anyone think they are good.
Lamentations 3:31-32: "For the Lord will not cast off for ever: 32 But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies." If you believe that most people are damned, then you probably don't believe the herald angels when they said that the birth of Jesus was "good news" and "great joy" for ALL people. If most are lost in hell as a result of God's judgement, then the birth of Jesus cannot be good news for all people. Thankfully, it IS good news for all people.
be truthfull ,repent and follow Jesus commands and ways

Thank you!
You are most welcome.
To be fair, giving your life to Jesus, inviting Jesus in your heart can lead to salvation if you embrace and understand what it truely means. People who turn to the pastor/priest should not only get one sentence but a clear directive. Good pastors/priests will help you step by step.
True understanding of the severity of our sins and to really feel them, to have remorse, to have honest reptentence that needs to be done inside each soul, but if you pray Jesus to guide you to that, if you let God transform you then you will be saved.
It is a gift to acknowlege the sins, to feel them, to let them affect your understanding, to feel true remorse. I was never able to do that until a couple of months ago. It hit me with the force of a bullet and it felt like my eyes were finally open.
That is what I think turning to the church should look like. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
Yes, you are right those things can lead to salvation, but often those phrases confuse people and give them a false hope of salvation. This video was prompted by discussing the gospel with people who had been very confused by phrased that sound Biblical, but aren't quite. I am very thankful that you had the experience of acknowledging your sin and feeling the weight of them. When someone is first brought to that point, then God will save them through faith in Jesus Christ.
@JeremyKundert I think your video is extremely important. Even the best priest can not change your heart.
A lot of people believe that they will be safed with good deeds and the other points.
You are absolutely right, and it is so important that you have explained that in simple terms.
Many have to give up all they have accomplished before they realise their need of a savior.
Amen those 4 things are not bad things it’s good to be good to do good works invite Jesus but it’s not why we are saved. We are saved by the Grace of God through our Faith in Jesus Christ Ephesians 2:8 Jesus said on the cross it is finished meaning a debt payed in full all we need to do is realize how bad we are and our sin is and trust in Christs sacrifice through his blood to wash away our sins as a result we should want to turn away from all sin and want to be righteous and walk in the spirit. ❤
amen god bless you 🙏
BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED AND THY HOUSE WITH THEE.
Only Believe
I think people need to realize that repentance does not mean to "list every sin you ever commited and to be sorry about it and ask for forgiveness." Repentance (metanoia in greek = change of mind) is to change ones mind about God and sin. Basically realizing that you are a sinner and lost and the only way to heaven is through Jesus. So changing your mind from unbelief to belief. Trusting IN Jesus - meaning what he did on the cross and therefore that his sacrifice is *enough* . That's what repentance means and this kind of repentance only happens once. Now as a christian we are to confess our sins as every sin quenches the spirit, but that has nothing to do with salvation. Salvation only comes by faith in Christ.
Amen
It's becoming so popular to say "This is what is taking Christian's to hell". What do I even do anymore. I repent but sin again and then I feel terrible. I am going to start studying God's character closely and model myself after him, but these videos scare me. It's like no matter what I do I'm going to be trapped in hell.
Yes, studying the Bible to understand God's character is a wonderful place to start. Unfortunately, many Christians spend so much time consuming television and movies that they really don't know the right way to behave. One thing to remember is that it is not by making ourselves better that we get to heaven. When we see how wrong our sins are and how helpless we are to escape from sin, then we can trust in Jesus Christ to forgive our sin and set us free from sin. His death on the cross pays the penalty for our sin.
Just as we need to trust in Jesus Christ to save us, we need to trust is Jesus Christ to develop His character in ourselves. The moment we are saved, we are given the Holy Spirit so that we have the power to resist sin and do what is right. We still have the flesh so we will still occasionally. We won't be 100% perfect until we are in heaven.
I recently publish a video called "Are you REALLY going to Heaven? 4-Question Quiz to KNOW for sure" that I think you will find helpful.
@@JeremyKundert Yeah. I know I'm guilty of not consuming enough of the bible and actually spending time with God. A lot has been changed in my life because of Jesus, but I’m always worried whether I’ve given up or changed enough to be truly saved.
Our eternal security does not depend on how much we have sacrificed or how good we have become. Our salvation alone depends on the perfectness and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The moment someone trusts in the Lord Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross, they receive the Holy Sprit who secures them for eternity. Our next video will focus on this topic.
Ephesians 1:13-14
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
@@JeremyKundertbut don't you think chosen ones have had the Holy Spirit their entire life? How do I know that I acknowledge myself as a sinner? I don't think I do
You've killed some one in a past life Haven't you. Remember repent, I would suggest getting a Quran and understand further and ask god to further test you. It will become more difficult in your life once you ask that but god may work on you and give you a big test on which I hope you pass, I too am in the most difficult test since any of my past lives.
@@SW33D Someone does not receive the Holy Spirit until the moment they trust in Jesus Christ. Faith in Jesus Christ cannot happen until we see that we understand and acknowledge to God that we are lost, guilty sinners. I am very glad to hear you found it helpful. By "say the prayer" I am referring to saying the "sinner's prayer". There are many versions of the sinners prayers but they mostly include: repentance and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. People are often encouraged to say the prayer when they want to be saved. Unfortunately, many time, while they say a lot of good words and even perhaps understand the truth of the word, the reality of the words of the sinner's prayer have not gotten into their heart.

Lately I’ve been trying but honestly? I feel like i haven’t…every time i feel good but then it goes away, i fall into sin again and again, and i think about how am i gonna be forgiven if i don’t follow Jesus or anything…lately my mental health has been going down, i cry a a lot, don’t sleep enough, and feel empty even with friends…im scared that i may not love Jesus as much as i though but i want to..but im scared that im falling over and over again..i feel lukewarm or worse, i go to church and play every night but still…feel empty, i hear voices in my head, telling me to do uhhh specifically odd stuff? I know it won’t harm anyone but idk why i think of it suddenly..im scared…but i also know im not losing it cause i can think properly im filled with insecurities at a young age and still now
I am sorry to hear you are struggling so. Have you read the letter of 1 John lately? Our security in Christ depends on His love and His sacrifice. Once we are saved the Holy Spirit helps keep us from sin. But we still have the flesh, so we will still occasionally sin. But even when we do sins as believes, God is still our Father and does forgive our sins. We will not be sinless until we get to heaven. I really encourage you to read 1 John. Nothing draws us back to God like reading His word.
My next video will be coming out this Sunday night and talks about this issue. I hope you find it helpful.
@@JeremyKundert thank you…i really needed to heart this…
This video confuses me idk all this seems fishy so yeah idk how to feel about this and now im worried about going to hell i didnt get any of the 4 can you explain them?
I am sorry the video was confusing. Maybe let me explain the right way to heaven and then it will be easier to see the issues with the 4 lies.
The first thing to know is that we have all done things that are wrong which are called sins. That is because we are naturally selfish and proud. Because we care more about ourselves than others often we do things that hurt others: insults, lies, cheating, stealing, adultery, ... all sorts of things. And all of that hurts God because He does not like to see anyone in His creation hurt. God is love and the only way for love to flourish is in an environment of righteousness. So God warns that there will be punishment for all sin. From the beginning of Genesis with Adam and Eve to the book of Revelation with the Great White Throne we can see that the consequence for is death, which ultimately means to be cast into outer darkness separated from all creation, to be alone forever.
Sin creates separation from God. So to be united with God, to be able to spend eternity with God, our sin needs to be taken away. However, God is a just judge and will not just ignore sin. In the Old Testament, God taught the Israelites through animal sacrifice the concept of a substitutionary sacrifice for sin. All the animal sacrifices of the Old Testament were just pictures of the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus Christ, the Son of God would make for us. The punishment for sin is death so either we have to die for our sin or a person without sin would have to die for us. The only person without sin is Jesus Christ. So He became the substitutionary sacrifice for the whole world when He died on the cross. Christ Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins. Christ giving His life is what saves us, not us sacrificing our lives. In our sins we are already condemned to death, but through Christ we van have life.
Just because Jesus Christ died as a substitute for the world does not mean the whole world will go to heaven. Christ's death on the cross only saves someone if they recognize the awfulness of their sin, want no more of their sinful life and see their helplessness to save themselves. When people understand that their sin is taking them to Hell and they cannot do anything about it, it is easy for them to see that they need a Savior. Those who come to that point and trust in the work/sacrifice/death of Jesus Christ on the cross to save them from the penalty, power of sin are saved.
A lot of things happen the moment someone trusts in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice.
-Our sins are forgiven (past and future sins).
-We are given the Sprit of God that empowers us to live righteously and resist sin.
-We enter the family of God and have a home secured for us in Heaven.
-and more amazing things, but we can get into those later.
I hope that brings a little clarity. Let me know if I can help more.
@JeremyKundert I just got confused bc you said all the holy stuff such as churches inviting Jesus into your heart was bad that's why I got confused lol but thanks for explaining everything also question if you repent an unpurpous sin can it be forgiven cause sadly the devil hijacked my soul and made me sin a few days ago well anyway thanks ig stay strong in the battlefield and thanks for the tips amen ✝️✝️
@@JeremyKundert and I sometimes get blashmaphy thoughts such as devil signs and the devil trys to convince me to become atheist or something like that how to get rid of that stress and blashmaphy fellow Christian ✝️😭
The moment we trust in Christ Jesus to save us from our sins, all the sins we have committed in the past and all the sin we will commit in the future are paid for so they can never take us to Hell.
The moment we trust is Christ, we become a child of God. That means God is our father. After that point when we sin, it clouds the enjoyment we have of the relationship we have with our Father. God is still our Father, but we are walking in fellowship with Him when we sin. So as children of God, when we sin, we should confess to our Father so we can keep enjoying our relationship with Him.
1 John 1:5-9
5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
@@JeremyKundert but can unpurpos sin be forgiven 😭
If demons or the devil is response for these lies, then why doesn’t god just stop demons from spreading these lies or does he want people to go to hell
Acts 2:38 is the only way to be saved. You must repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. You will then be empowered to live a sinless life as the Lord lives in you. You must trust and obey. And you must study the instruction manual consistently, the Bible.
No one lives a sinless life. We strive for perfection, meaning we shouldn't intentionally sin. As long as we're in a body of flesh, we are prone to sin.
I was just about to mention baptism, thank you :)
Acts 10:44… (believe the gospel message and you’ll receive the Holy Spirit)
God will answer, just nok!amen!
Quite right
Ive lost my conviction of sin.
Can you clarify what you mean by losing your conviction of sin?
@@JeremyKundert like I used to cry and now not so much. People tell me I care cos I bring it up, but I feel emotionally I don't.
Don't just invite Jesus in your heart. Keep Him there.
3:43 could we say dedicate then? Or is it just the same thing?
I would say that is the same thing as giving our lives to Jesus Christ. Salvation is comes from trusting in Jesus Christ who gave His life for us. Once we are saved and given a new life by Jesus Christ, then we can give/dedicate that life to Him.
Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Keep those commandments yall!! Rev 14:12-12 1 John 2:4-6
Only those how have become children of God through trusting in the sacrificial work and resurrection of Jesus Christ can keep the commandments of Christ. Our next video will address this very issues.
@@JeremyKundert that’s why I’m telling EVERYONE to KEEP THEM. ALL born again believers & The Jews KEEP THEM
You must be born again. Only then can you do the will of God. Keeping commandments doesn’t save.

Great question!
There is a story in the Bible of a guy who asked the same question. Acts 16:26-31
26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.
27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.
28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.
29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,
30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Here are some things to consider that will help make the story and answer clearer:
What do we need to be saved from? Our sin and the consequences of our sin
Can we do anything to saved ourselves? No, there is nothing we can do to undo our past sins. Our natural, selfish character that is full of lust and pride cause us to keep sinning.
How can Jesus Christ save us? Because He is the Son of God and has the character of God, He never sinned and so was able to die to pay for our sins. He rose from the dead on the third day showing that God was sanctified with His payment for our sins.
How can we be saved? Recognize the awfulness of our sin, understand our helplessness to save ourselves, and trust in Jesus Christ and He death and resurrection to set us free from sin and give us eternal life.
Here are some Bible verses that may be helpful.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:6
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
John 3:36
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Isaiah 53:5-6
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Is playing video games a sin. I want to repent and turn from my sinful ways but I never thought that playing video games or watching TV would be a sin
The only way to be saved is you to repent and Romans 10:9-10 New Century Version (NCV)
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God.
Bullshit, he's going through wheat a weeds and chopping down trees that don't bear fruit. have you ever died and came back to life? Are you born again? I'm over 60,000 years old living short life span's at that and can easily say there's been more then 100 lives already. The bride groom is coming late. And fuck ya I still have oil. Have you broken the ten commandments and killed some body in a past life to be saying that?
Before I get further into this. for me right now, in the four months I've found my faith in God.
1. I believe in the gospel, that the bible is not only a historical document on the life of Jesus and God's word, but that Jesus is the son of God, died for my sins and has risen from the grave and will come back one day.
2. faith without works is dead as is a works based faith and a works based faith is believeing that by doing good or thinking you're a good person is flawed. faith without works is just believeing but continuing to live a sinful life. I've turned away from a lot of sins that had kept me trapped with the help of Jesus.
3. the narrow path is something I'm still struggling to understand, my current thought is that it is the path that is not bringing you to a wordly style of living and to not walk hand in hand with people who proudly boast of their wickedness... I also believe that I am a sinner, I can't change that, but I am saved. (Now I"m gonna watch the rest of this video, lol and make an edit afterwards.)
Great to hear that you found your faith in God!
Everyone who trusts in the sacrifice and resurrection in Jesus Christ is on the narrow way, the way to life. Those on the narrow way still sin sometimes because they still have the flesh, but because they now the have Spirit of God, their life should be much more righteous and holy than before salvation. While they still sometimes sin, God sees them as saints because they are forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 7:13-14
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
On the 2nd one, the lie isn't giving your life to Jesus.
The lie is giving your life to a specific congregation, and doing what the leadership wants or the body of that specific congregation wants, masquerading as giving your life to Jesus. When you give your life to Jesus, he very much could have you in a congregation temporarily to grow, and then super suddenly call you away from that congregation. It doesn't matter how much you do for that specific congregation, it matters rather you follow him.
we should not downgrade people going to church ,atlest going to church open the opportunity for holy spirit to enter our heart and change ourselves. we should convince people to go church let God alone change them. every objective have process. Going to church, praying, fasting, read the bible is a process, DO THAT

"give your life to Jesus" doesnt mean go to chruch and give your life to chruch💀
It literally means doing what Jesus told to do
That would make Bishop mari mari Emanuel a lier
If a person John 3:16 until they die heaven is their reward a simple prayer stating the fact that the person believes in John 3:16 is all that’s needed….Earth and the lives of Christians don’t change to perfection…just because we accept Christ…far from it…anyone that says otherwise is a liar…
I agree with you, however I really do not like how you cut off verses when you present them, it makes you seem dishonest and it looks like you're taking them out of context when you're not, so please try to show the full verses brother, grace be with you
So what is works, is being obedient to Christ word such as baptism, works or living Holy works?
Take a look at Ephesians 2:8-10.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
The "works" in verse 9 are anything that we try to use to earn our way to heaven. The "good works" in verse 10 are those we are able to do once we have been justified by Christ through faith. The "good works" in verse 10 do not earn us salvation, but are a result of being saved. We do the "good works" in verse 10 because we have been given the nature of God, love our Lord and Savior, and care about other people.
I must decrease so that God can increase. Repent and believe in Yahusha. For life, not a fad but our life's blood.
Amen!

So basically have trust that Jesus already did everything needed for me to get to heaven and I’m reserved because he paid for the full thing with his sacrifice?
Correct. Just as John 3:16 says. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Ephesians 2:8-10 faith the saves walk in the footpath of Christ Galatians 5:2 100% in Christ alone and not works of the law Romans 6:11-15 repent action
James 2:18 how to be justified before people not God (remember Abraham’s actions towards God)=James 2:24

I'm confused so you have to acknowledge your sin and you have to be honest when you pray or the sinners prayer is bad? I'm new to christianity
Salvation begins at the moment we begin a relationship with God. But there are some things preventing us from having a relationship with God. First there are all the sins/offenses we have gone against God, second is our pride that does not want to admit we are wrong, and third is the selfishness (lust) that wants to keep living our current life of sin. So before we can have a relationship with God, we need to repent. We need to see the awfulness of our sinful life and nature and want no more of it. As well we need to see that we deserve the punishment of the Lake of Fire because we have sinned against God and we need to recognize that there is nothing we can to undo our past, make ourselves better, or escape from eternal punishment. Some get to that point after hearing one gospel message and some resist the Spirit of God convicting them for years. But once someone gets to the point where they see they brokenness, guiltiness and helplessness there is only one things left for them. Trust in the Savior who loved them and died for them to save, forgive, and heal them. That is salvation and that is the beginning of a relationship with God. Relationships take love and faith, so when we care more about God than our sinful lives and trust Christ for salvation more than ourselves then we have a relationship with God.
