I'm learning how to do my own hair because some beauticians charge too much money for soft locs, twists and braids. I will save $180 by doing my own hair
Me too and I love her video because I don't have my daughter to do with my hair my hair stylist has the audacity to text everyone she's going up on her prices I'm like what
I loved Cryssy's videos. I watched one video like almost 20 times give or take to learn to crotchet my own hair. Save a ton of money. Completed several installs on my own using rubber band and braiding method. Protected my hair well. With minimum shed. No damage. GOT much compliments on my styles. I recommend her videos. And this is not a paid comment. 😂😂😂thanks Cryssy!
@@latoyastephens3795 I just love you!! Thank you so much for your support lord knowsssss I make content to truly be a helping hand. 🌻🫶🏽 warms my heart to know my mission is being accomplished.
@ForeverCryssy awe!!! I love you too and the work you do. I'm always inspired by your work. Even with painful joints. I simply clean my hair and take my time. And "gitter-dun". And I feel great after my mission is complete. And you care about showing us how to have better hair health. That speaks volumes about you. Happy New Year!!! Keep up the good work. God bless you.
Cryssy, you are the best!! I love that you covered this style with the crochet method. Ive been wanting to try this and I cant braid my hair adding hair at all. But I can do this. Thank you so much!!
I love your video and I don’t mind the talking lol! Love the length and size of your twists and how you just move quickly through the process. It kept me tuned in. Great job! Also, you helped me make up my mind to get the QVR hair.
You have inspired me to go ahead and chop my thin hair. This will force me to take better care of my hair, either by me doing it or getting it done. Thanks for the motivation.
It supposed to snow this weekend, and this style is what I plan to do, same hair. I am going to pre-part and separate the hair which seemed to be a good help. Awesome video.

Thank you cuz my beautician want to charge me $275 that is ridiculous I'm your regular customer I do not get a discount she said that's a discount thank you so much braid your own hair and then crochet it in I wouldn't thought about that and you make your own box braids love you smooches Happy New Years thanks very much Buffalo New York
@ForeverCryssy Of course!! It's such a memorable experience. I didn't document my training (I ran it in 2008), but i did write a story about the race. By far it's been my favorite race to run. Hoping to do another one.
Few questions if anyone can help out. I'm new to doing my natural 4c hair but am having some trouble. * how do you decide how much hair to add in for a specific look? * how do you know how to make your parts. Mine look so spaced but I also don't want to add too much tension by making smaller parts * the roots of my twists at the top of my head wouldn't lay flat. They laid like an arch and I didn't do anything different. Did I use too much hair? Too tight on the start? * how to you adjust the length of a twist? Like how much hair do you use or how do you adjust that length to keep it consistent over the entire style Please and thank you!
Question how far do you braid down can you give me a measurement on the ruler please that will help me a lot so my braids and my twist you are a blessing in disguise save me 275 dollars
