Heavy Club Basics: FB Live Stream
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 вер 2023
- Every weekend there is a BodyTribe live stream on the Facebook group page. This last week was an introduction to heavy clubs (not the misnamed Indian Clubs). Slightly edited, a little grainy (next time dual cameras, so we can do 4K), but packed with info. A little history, a little philosophy, a chunk of movement and instruction. Enjoy. You matter. Treat yourself accordingly.

I started my club journey after watching your early vids. Thanks very much
Awesome. I'll get some more vids going soon.
One of the best club training videos. 😊
That means a lot. Thank you.
Love the history of club swinging
I don't do it justice. It's one of the most consistently used exercise tools in our fitness history
I made one following your video from years ago. I bought some lead pieces (dense mass) to mine heavier.
The easiest way to make one, instead of buying a fancy version of the same. Thank you Chip!
Show me! I wanna see how others have turned out.
I am a fan of clubs. I just wish they were more cost friendly. Mark Wildman is a fan of heavy too.
❤ it!
Love my Adex club.
I just discovered that my right shoulder can't do the straight raise at all unless I just use the handle of the adjustable mace.
Important discoveries.
... All that, just breath through nose.... Try it, it will be the biggest difference you will ever feel.
Sometimes, but not for everyone. I know there's a ton of emphasis on breathing techniques right now, and I've studied many of them. Turns out they all have two things in common. Inhale, exhale. If a certain technique helps the focus on those two things, then embrace it. But universally, there's a reason there are so many techniques now. We're all a little different.
You were the first person who inspired me in clubbell training ❤ this video is pure gold 😊 thanks Chip 🙏🏻🌲🌳🪵🐶
Always happy when I see you in my comment feed.
@@Bodytribechip and I'm always happy when a new bell notification come from here 🙏💜
