Trekking poles are the absolute best. I have ones that go inside themselves that are carbon that I got on Amazon I think they're called lifetime or life fit. Mine are also set at 115. Cork handles are also the best as they absorb moisture from your hands. Love you sunshine, love you captain, Nan

Just wondered if you guys had heard of Huel, they have complete meal shakes which has all the protein, vitamins and minerals you need in two scoops, they also have pot meals, pouch meals and green drinks, they are delicious, really good price compared to hiking pouches and super healthy! Plus all vegan! Worth checking out, we’ve recently discovered them and they are delicious 💕
