Thank you bro. Ive been using readygo battery for more than 3 years na. FB12V20 model kaso wala na akong makita ngayon sa internet na ganun ang model. Its FB20V15 nlang at higher pa jan pero wala na 12V20.

Nov 2021 kumuha ako. Jan 2023 nagpa warranty replacement due defective na. As of now Oct. 2023 nagloloko na naman yung battery. possible same case sa unang battery. Less than 24mos. 2nd battery na going 3rd dahil 36mos warranty personal use lang.

If you rarely use your car ay ok po sya dahil hindi basta basta na dradrain yun battery. Yun lead acid na sabay ko binili ngayon hindi na mapaandar yun sasakyan. Ito ok parin.

i know 1 year natong comment mo, pero so far so good yung readyGo battery ko, from my montero (already sold) now in my ranger, going strong 3 years na hehe. medyo may time lang na nawawala yung balance nang mga cells, in my opinion i think need sya nang active balancer. Other than that its goods pa naman. may time na na try ko nakalimutan e off yung park lights ko pag balik ko nakapag start pa rin hehe.

Hindi parin po kami masyadong lumalabas so hindi pa talaga nagamit ng sobra yun battery. Pero kahit hindi nagagamit ay working parin yun battery pero yun kasabay nya na lead acid battery na binili ko sira na.
1.5 to 2k yun cells case 800 bms 2k-3k So around 4k to 5k but that is just my super inflated guess. Yun BMS nila baka pwede 1k or less lang depende kung gaano karami ang pinapagawa nila.
My 14 month battery (ReadyGo) died after a fw update. Could't turn it on manually. no beep. no sound. Don't have a receipt because i was conned by the dealer that receipts are not needed because the warranty reside on the log/app counter which states your warranty. Now ReadyGo refuse to warranty my batt even though there is no other source of readygo batt in the Philippines except the exclusive distributor. Back to Motolite for me.
It sucks if their warranty claim is this hard. The problem now with this type of battery is it might stop working without any warning while lead acid batteries will sometimes show tell tale signs. Looks like they need to work on their quality control and hardware redundancies. Like someone said here on the comment, this type of battery still need lots of improvement to be widely adopted.
first battery died after around 1 year. have it replaced under warranty, but it died on me again while i was on an out of town trip. went back to lead acid.

Does this thing called Intelligent Power Management System integrated inside regulate the charging flow going inside the lifepo4 cells? For example yours have an alternator rated at 90 amperes, if the lifepo4 cells is only 50ah and it is rated at 1c it is only recommended to charge and discharge at 50 amperes, but the alternator is 90 amperes so does the readygo IPMS reduce the current to meet the 50 amperes battery recommended charging? Kudos for the teardown!
no it doesn't regulate the current. I wouldn't worry about it because if you check the current going to your battery it will not really go as high as 90Amps(At least on my car). Mine has a 110a alternator and it will not actually charge that high. The alternator only maxes out its output when there is a high load which means the whole 110A is not really going straight to the battery but most of it goes straight to the load.

Thankyou for the direct technical answers, anyway one last question about the readygo Battery, lets go on the settings parameters can you disable on the application the 3 days timer auto-off/auto-sleep functions. yung permission po na hinihingi ng isang android app ay di naman talaga reqiuirement, pwede mo naman i deny yun, para yun ma detect ng app kung saang region ka at ma load nya ang tamang language ng app, by default hihingi ng permission ang app during installation pero pwed mo namang i deny ang permission nun at mag iinstall pa rin ang app.
I am an app developer and I will usually not add a permission that is not required by the app to function properly. your goal should be to use the minimum permission requirement as needed. Language detection can be done without any permission, it should be done by the android OS itself, you just have to add the necessary assets needed. So my point is why include a permission that is not really needed by the app to function, especially highly intrusive permissions. add that to the fact that it is not uploaded on google play but hosted on a chinese server which just makes me more suspicious. im probably just paranoid and the app just needs the permission for something else so you can just ignore what Im saying 😁
Maliit lang po capacity nito around 15Ah cannot remember anymore just watch the video for the exact capacity. Much better na bumili ng ibang battery na pang solar talaga. Mahal sya dahil sa BMS nya na dinesign nila para sa sasakyan. Pwede sya pang solar pero yun nga mahal ang price nya for a solar battery eh 32650 lang naman ang laman nya na worth 1500+ pesos tapos bibilhin mo ito na 6k+

Yan dn naging prob ko s rdg ko 3years plus lng tinagal. Tpspg malala mamatay sskyan mo pro ng on susi aandar sa app nla 1 cell hindi n kumarga hindi na ng balance yung mga cell. Tinawag ko rdg kaso wala n warranty wala dn repair yan so tapon na 6k plus bili ko sna ng amaron nlng ako bk tumagal p ng 3-5years mas mura pa.

Opo avanza. Nalimutan ko sabihin sa video na malaki yun battery terminals nya hindi kasya yun terminal lugs ng avanza. Kailangan mo pa bumili ng mas maliit na battery terminal. Pag papainstall mo naman mismo sa shop sila na daw ang magpapalit ng terminal.

not sure what is the reason why "malalamog ang alternator". If you can explain why "malalamog ang alternator" if maliit ang capacity ng battery please do. But here's my take on this. Ang mga batteries ng sasakyan natin ay almost always full naman since its only used to start the car and once running chinacharge lang continously yan battery. so if maliit man ang capacity ng battery or malaki ay parehong full battery ang makikita ng alternator. It is actually better for the alternator if the battery is already full since it doesn't need to output more power. BTW the ready go battery for fortuner is different than this one since the fortuner uses a bigger battery so it probably has twice or more capacity than this one that I opened.
15ah lang po kasi sya. Super liit lang ng capacity. Sa price nya po na 6500 pesos ay pwede ka na mag diy ng battery na 90ah using sinopoly cells. The 12 cells inside probably costs 1800 pesos at most. I believe ang binabayaran mo dyan ng mahal ay yun controller nya na rated at 320amps na most of the time ay hindi naman kailangan nang ganyan kataas para sa solar application. You can add more cells in parallel kung gusto mo tumaas ang capacity nya pero kung gagawin mo yun then whats the point of using this? Bakit hindi ka nalang bumili nang sarili mong bms since bibili ka narin ng sarili mong cells. Mas makakamura ka pa. If the controller/bms inside can really sustain 320amps then it is somewhat a cheap high current bms and is probably a viable option if you need a high current setup since high current bms also costs roughly at that same price point (6k and up) but you will need to add modifications like a heatsink to the bms. So para sa akin there are easier and cheaper ways to get a lifepo4 battery for solar application than this. You can probably do it just for fun but for someone looking to power their home using solar at an affordable price there are better options out there.

Lifepo4 na po kasi mas magtatagal. Mukhang mas mahal lifepo4 pero sa totoo lang konti lang talaga ang difference nila. Yun lead acid kasi almost 50% less ang price sa same capcity ng lifepo4 pero 50% lang din kasi ang capacity na magagamit mo. So parang mas mahal ang lifepo4 pero in reality mas marami karin naman kasing capacity na makukuha. So its like 2 lead acid is equal to 1 lifepo4 for the same price. Pero ang lifepo4 mas mahaba ang lifespan so lifepo4 po ang mas maganda in the long run.
sir tanong lang po, diba 4s 3p siya. ang charging ng alternator diba po mataas nasa 40-120a? pano po yung lifepo4 nasa 20a charging? pa explain naman po sir.
If hindi naman yan nadischarge limited lang din ang current na papasok sa battery hindi yan aabot ng 120a. If nadischarge yan recommended icharge sya using external charger. Kahit sa lead acid yan ang recommendation wag ikabit ang discharged battery sa sasakyan kasi pwede makaoverload ng alternator. If ikabit mo na discharged yun battery dun sya possible tumaas ng current at makakaapekto yun sa lifespan ng battery.
Walang space po sa loob. Kung dadagdagan nyo lang din po ng maraming cells ay bumili nalang po kayo ng BMS at magbuild kayo from scratch mas makakamura pa po kayo kasi ito palang 6k na kung bibili ka bms nasa 2-4k lang.

Maybe after an hour na nafull charge, ano dapat voltage with no load. naka standy lang. nakabili din kasi ako pero kht fully charged, nasa 13.35v lang ang battery kaya after 3days nag auto shut off, which disables the alarm. Then need mo re configure mga clock, etc that needs to be re configured after magOff ang battery - not recommended for cars with alarm at ndi araw araw ginagamit.
14.6 po sana full charge. Punta ka po sa "check" section ng app para makita mo yun cells ng every cell. Malamang yun isang cell dyan ay nasa 3.65v or more kaya nagsstop na sya mag charge. Pag may cell po na more than 3.65v pawarranty nyo na po ibig sabihin mahina na yang cell. Na nauunang mapuno.
yung sa akin sir ang bilis mag diskarga, may problema kaya ang charger ko or cells or undersized lang sa car ko yung battery. stock naman lahat walang accessories aside from stock
Baka grounded yun sasakyan nyo po. Check nyo rin po yun voltage ng every cells ng battery sa app. Dapat close ang voltages nila. Pag may isa na super baba ang voltage magiging rason yun para bumababa capacity ng battery nyo.
bakit nyo po tinatanong size ng wire? Hindi ko po exactly alam size ng wire sa sasakyan kasi hindi pa ako nagpalit ng wire ng sasakyan so I never even checked yun sizes ng wire sa sasakyan ko. Better consult an automotive electrician po when it comes to wiring mahirap na magkasunog sa sasakyan, my channel is mostly about solar and nareview ko lang ito dahil lifepo4 ang battery nya. Also google might help to check the right wire size for your car.

Yes if may additional insulation makakatulong po. Mas maganda if totally sealed ang insulation kasi kung hindi totally sealed papasok parin ang init in time.
Tama ka sir nakakapasok pa din kahit anong insulation mo, gumagapang sa cables, matagal uminit kc nga sealed pero matagal din mag cool down… iniisip ko tuloy parang as ok na wag na lagyan ng insulation.

i prefer to use active balancer than using bms. this battery is using bms so malamang sira if walang power output kasi naka-series ang bms sa power output. mag DIY nalang ko using active balancer. I have 6pcs LTO cells 26Ah lang so, theoretically it has way more cycles (30K cycles on paper) than lifepo4 d ko pa nabuo 12v batt until ngayon. hehehe
If you search the internet some say masusunog daw ang alternator pag tinanggal ang battery while the engine is running some say hindi naman daw. Well alternators are like generators and if you look at the manual sinasabi nila na himdi advisable paandarin ng walang load ang generator for an extended period of time. So may possibility siguro masunog pero since may load sya which is yun engine mismo and yun accesories sa car ay baka hindi naman talaga masisira. Besides pag nagpapapalit ako ng battery sa motolite sometimes they let you start the car and then remove the battery while the engine is running para hindi magreset yun settings sa sasakyan. So i guess hindi naman masisira ang alternator.

Actually ang kagandahan ng ganan battery sa oto ay pagiging lightweight niya.. Yan ang hindi mo na distinguish between sa ready go batt at lead acid battery.
I think I mentioned it early on hindi ko lang inemphasize as a game changer kasi pag nasa sasakyan na yan hindi mo naman na binubuhat yan at yun weight nya ay negligible sa buong weight ng sasakyan. I dont think makakatipid ka sa gas dahil mas magaan ito. Ang pinaka feature lang naman nito ay may auto shutoff incase nadradrain yun battery at yun longer lifespan compared sa lead acid.
I believe so. Ang ginagawa lang naman ng bms ay dinidisconnect or connect ang battery based on voltages of the battery and ang lifepo4 voltages ay almost the same sa voltage ng lead acid that is why they say na drop in replacement ang lifepo4 sa lead acid batteries.
Ang pagkaka-alam ko kasi is magkaiba yung charging profiles ng Lifepo4 at Lead acid. If its true na may conversation sa BMS then baka pwede na natin magaya yung technology ng Victron na pwede ipaghalo yung lifepo4 at lead acid sa battery bank.
As understood by design drop in replacement talaga ang lifepo4 sa lead acid. Ang pagkaka-alam ko din sa actual usage since yan ang ginagagamit na backup power source sa mga cellsite kasi ang mahal ng cost kapag lifepo4 lahat. But ive askes JF legaspi tungkol diyan pero negatory ang sagot niya which im doubting too since google lang din galing yung sagot niya
@@robertanthonybermudez5545 di ko nagets ibig mong sabihin sa "conversation sa bms". Charger and bms doesnt actually talk to each other. The charger only applies voltage/current to the battery based on the detected voltage of the battery and the current being pulled by the battery. And both batteries(LA and lifepo4) is charged using cc/cv aside from the float stage which the lifepo4 doesnt need. That is why for me you can use a lead acid charger on a lifepo4 battery. Note that some lead acid chargers have lower charging voltage than lifepo4 at 13.8 or 14.2v but it is not an issue since at that voltage the battery is almost full anyway. And float charging a lifepo4 battery doesnt really hurt the cells, well I havent really seen a document saying it does. IMO float charging is just like paralleling another battery, its still CV charging at a lower voltage than the initial bulk charging. Anyways lifepo4 cells wont accept charge anyway if its already full. Can you give a link to victron mixing LA and lifepo4. I guess they can do that if the lead acid has a separate bms. Hindi ginagamitan ng bms ang lead acid but if they have one installed then I guess that bms can isolate the lead acid feom the lifepo4 so you can parallel them. The issue with paralleling them is they have different charge curves and accept different charge rates so charging them in parallel could give you some unexpected results. But if there is a bms on the lead acid then it will probably try to handle the charging on its own. I will try this in the future so we can see what really happens if you parallel lifepo4 and lead acid battery
Mas matibay po electronics kaysa sa cells na gamit nila. Yun cells will start to deteriorate at 60 degrees celsius pero yan electronics it can take heat higher than that. So before pa masira yan electronics masisira muna yan cells.

Most will say no. But for me yes it will work but I will not recommend it. The reason why some will say it will not work is because some lead acid chargers will charge higher than the safe voltage of lifepo4. But if your lifepo4 battery has a BMS which in this case the readygo battery has one so the BMS will/should stop the charging process in case it is being charged way beyond the safe values. Lead acid chargers also has a float and equalizing charge stage which lifepo4 doesn't need but lifepo4 cells are self limiting which means if it is full it wont accept any more charge so those stage doesn't matter. I will create a video on this topic soon and we will test what will happen if we use a lead acid charger on a lifepo4 battery. If you have no other charger and needed to charge your lifepo4 asap then I would recommend to watch over it while charging paying attention to the voltage of the battery and individual cells and not leave it unattended.

monitor nyo po yun voltages ng cells. paandarin nyo lang makina tignan nyo kung tataas up to 3.4 to 3.6v lahat ng cells. pag matagal na at hindi tumataas baka alternator ang sira kaya hindi nachacharge battery mo.

May mga 32650 po na kaya ang 16C discharge rate so pag kinompute mo 16C @ 6Ah ay nasa 288Amps malapit na sa 300. Ewan natin kung yung cells na gamit nila ay ganyan ang discharge rate dahil normally yun mga murang 32650 around 6C lang ang kaya. Well dumating na yun inrush current meter ko so itetest ko ulit itong readygo battery kung kaya nya ba talaga yan 320amps na rating nya.

Yan BMS hindi yan basta basta masusunog. If the BMS fails it will usually just short or remain open meaning hindi lang magdidisconnect or magcloclose yun BMS. The BMS can actually last 10 years. Yun battery ang hindi dahil sa init ng makina. The electronics can take heat better than the batteries plus the battery is sealed so little to no corrosion will happen to the bms.

Readygo user here di maganda to kasi yung ilaw ng sasakyan ko kumukurap pag naka idle. Reported sa readygo dealer pinalitan lng battery kaso same lng ngyari. Prng nag cutoff ata yung bms pag fullcharge na tas alternator nlng nag power kaya kumukurap ilaw.
Ano po sasakyan nyo? Actually pag nagcutoff ang charging ng bms hindi po ibig sabihin nacutoff din yun output ng battery yun papasok lang sa battery ang nadidisconnect pero yun palabas sa battery may output parin po sya. so it's s not really alternator lang ang nagpopower dahil may power parin yun battery. What I think is happening here is nawawalan ng load yun alternator so nagflaflactuate ang voltage ng alternator at yun regulator hindi makapag cope ng mabilis kaya kumukurap. Dun sa sasakyan naman namin hindi kumukurap kahit puno na battery baka sa ibang sasakyan ganyan nangyayari.
@@SolarMinerPH mirage g4 yung sasakyan bale napansin ko yun nung minomonitor ko sa app at meron load na 0.31amp sa readygo app dun lng sya nag flicker pag naman 0 amp hindi na flicker yung dome light sa loob sasakyan. Pwede nyo po ba icheck sa inyo yun if same rin manyari?
If the claim that is it will last longer than lead acid batteries then it's a big yes for me. But what I really like is that it will turn off when its capacity is less than 30% or should I say 20%. This pandemic our car's battery had to be replaced because it self discharged to the point where it wont charge anymore and since this one is lifepo4 then I won't have to worry again if my battery will self discharge if I am not using my car. Time will tell if the cells they are using can really take the heat and the high discharge rate needed to start a car.

Hindi nga sya 15ah eh 4.6ah lang yun isang cell na natest ko. Ang maganda sakanya ay yung bms nya. Aside from that ay katulad lang sya ng mga diy batteries.

Wag kayo bbili nito magsisi lng kayo. Bumili ako nito 2021 nsira sya after 3 years. Yung nklagay na upto 10 years dw ttgal sbi nģ manùfacturer wala pra lng sya regulàr na battery mas ok p motolite at amaron skin tumagal ng 5 years. Kung 6-7years ok yan pro 3yèars plus lng wgn kayo bumili sayang lng.

Nov 2021 kumuha ako. Jan 2023 nagpa warranty replacement due defective na. As of now Oct. 2023 nagloloko na naman yung battery. possible same case sa unang battery. Less than 24mos. 2nd battery na going 3rd dahil 36mos warranty personal use lang.

Nako, cost cutting pala sila sa battery cell base sa test. parang yung IPMS at bluetooth technology ang nagpamahal sa price na 6500. Salamat po sa video na toh.
If you rarely use your car ay ok po sya dahil hindi basta basta na dradrain yun battery. Yun lead acid na sabay ko binili ngayon hindi na mapaandar yun sasakyan. Ito ok parin.

Nice video Sir.. opinion ko lang po ito I wouldn't trust unless meron safety standards test certification na dumaan sa stringent testing. Iba ang automotive battery testing. Baka lumiyab sa init ng makina at worst environment testing.
i know 1 year natong comment mo, pero so far so good yung readyGo battery ko, from my montero (already sold) now in my ranger, going strong 3 years na hehe. medyo may time lang na nawawala yung balance nang mga cells, in my opinion i think need sya nang active balancer. Other than that its goods pa naman. may time na na try ko nakalimutan e off yung park lights ko pag balik ko nakapag start pa rin hehe.

Hindi parin po kami masyadong lumalabas so hindi pa talaga nagamit ng sobra yun battery. Pero kahit hindi nagagamit ay working parin yun battery pero yun kasabay nya na lead acid battery na binili ko sira na.

My 14 month battery (ReadyGo) died after a fw update. Could't turn it on manually. no beep. no sound. Don't have a receipt because i was conned by the dealer that receipts are not needed because the warranty reside on the log/app counter which states your warranty. Now ReadyGo refuse to warranty my batt even though there is no other source of readygo batt in the Philippines except the exclusive distributor. Back to Motolite for me.
Where is your battery now? Can i buy it from you? I am curious as to what is causing the early failures on this batteries.
It sucks if their warranty claim is this hard. The problem now with this type of battery is it might stop working without any warning while lead acid batteries will sometimes show tell tale signs. Looks like they need to work on their quality control and hardware redundancies. Like someone said here on the comment, this type of battery still need lots of improvement to be widely adopted.

Does this thing called Intelligent Power Management System integrated inside regulate the charging flow going inside the lifepo4 cells? For example yours have an alternator rated at 90 amperes, if the lifepo4 cells is only 50ah and it is rated at 1c it is only recommended to charge and discharge at 50 amperes, but the alternator is 90 amperes so does the readygo IPMS reduce the current to meet the 50 amperes battery recommended charging? Kudos for the teardown!
no it doesn't regulate the current. I wouldn't worry about it because if you check the current going to your battery it will not really go as high as 90Amps(At least on my car). Mine has a 110a alternator and it will not actually charge that high. The alternator only maxes out its output when there is a high load which means the whole 110A is not really going straight to the battery but most of it goes straight to the load.

Thankyou for the direct technical answers, anyway one last question about the readygo Battery, lets go on the settings parameters can you disable on the application the 3 days timer auto-off/auto-sleep functions. Because i think it is a bit of a downside how can the car alarm would work or have an energy to work if the battery turned off itself on the first place. Ill wait for your inputs. Thankyou again!
yung permission po na hinihingi ng isang android app ay di naman talaga reqiuirement, pwede mo naman i deny yun, para yun ma detect ng app kung saang region ka at ma load nya ang tamang language ng app, by default hihingi ng permission ang app during installation pero pwed mo namang i deny ang permission nun at mag iinstall pa rin ang app.
I am an app developer and I will usually not add a permission that is not required by the app to function properly. your goal should be to use the minimum permission requirement as needed. Language detection can be done without any permission, it should be done by the android OS itself, you just have to add the necessary assets needed. So my point is why include a permission that is not really needed by the app to function, especially highly intrusive permissions. add that to the fact that it is not uploaded on google play but hosted on a chinese server which just makes me more suspicious. im probably just paranoid and the app just needs the permission for something else so you can just ignore what Im saying 😁

Opo avanza. Nalimutan ko sabihin sa video na malaki yun battery terminals nya hindi kasya yun terminal lugs ng avanza. Kailangan mo pa bumili ng mas maliit na battery terminal. Pag papainstall mo naman mismo sa shop sila na daw ang magpapalit ng terminal.

not sure what is the reason why "malalamog ang alternator". If you can explain why "malalamog ang alternator" if maliit ang capacity ng battery please do. But here's my take on this. Ang mga batteries ng sasakyan natin ay almost always full naman since its only used to start the car and once running chinacharge lang continously yan battery. so if maliit man ang capacity ng battery or malaki ay parehong full battery ang makikita ng alternator. It is actually better for the alternator if the battery is already full since it doesn't need to output more power.
BTW the ready go battery for fortuner is different than this one since the fortuner uses a bigger battery so it probably has twice or more capacity than this one that I opened.

15ah lang po kasi sya. Super liit lang ng capacity. Sa price nya po na 6500 pesos ay pwede ka na mag diy ng battery na 90ah using sinopoly cells. The 12 cells inside probably costs 1800 pesos at most. I believe ang binabayaran mo dyan ng mahal ay yun controller nya na rated at 320amps na most of the time ay hindi naman kailangan nang ganyan kataas para sa solar application.
You can add more cells in parallel kung gusto mo tumaas ang capacity nya pero kung gagawin mo yun then whats the point of using this? Bakit hindi ka nalang bumili nang sarili mong bms since bibili ka narin ng sarili mong cells. Mas makakamura ka pa.
If the controller/bms inside can really sustain 320amps then it is somewhat a cheap high current bms and is probably a viable option if you need a high current setup since high current bms also costs roughly at that same price point (6k and up) but you will need to add modifications like a heatsink to the bms.
So para sa akin there are easier and cheaper ways to get a lifepo4 battery for solar application than this. You can probably do it just for fun but for someone looking to power their home using solar at an affordable price there are better options out there.

Lifepo4 na po kasi mas magtatagal. Mukhang mas mahal lifepo4 pero sa totoo lang konti lang talaga ang difference nila. Yun lead acid kasi almost 50% less ang price sa same capcity ng lifepo4 pero 50% lang din kasi ang capacity na magagamit mo. So parang mas mahal ang lifepo4 pero in reality mas marami karin naman kasing capacity na makukuha. So its like 2 lead acid is equal to 1 lifepo4 for the same price. Pero ang lifepo4 mas mahaba ang lifespan so lifepo4 po ang mas maganda in the long run.

pwede na 3a or 5a ang difference lang naman ay charging time(3A~5Hours 5A~3Hours). Maximum para ok pa rin ang cells ay 15A
sir tanong lang po, diba 4s 3p siya. ang charging ng alternator diba po mataas nasa 40-120a? pano po yung lifepo4 nasa 20a charging? pa explain naman po sir.
If hindi naman yan nadischarge limited lang din ang current na papasok sa battery hindi yan aabot ng 120a. If nadischarge yan recommended icharge sya using external charger. Kahit sa lead acid yan ang recommendation wag ikabit ang discharged battery sa sasakyan kasi pwede makaoverload ng alternator. If ikabit mo na discharged yun battery dun sya possible tumaas ng current at makakaapekto yun sa lifespan ng battery.

Walang space po sa loob. Kung dadagdagan nyo lang din po ng maraming cells ay bumili nalang po kayo ng BMS at magbuild kayo from scratch mas makakamura pa po kayo kasi ito palang 6k na kung bibili ka bms nasa 2-4k lang.

Maybe after an hour na nafull charge, ano dapat voltage with no load. naka standy lang. nakabili din kasi ako pero kht fully charged, nasa 13.35v lang ang battery kaya after 3days nag auto shut off, which disables the alarm. Then need mo re configure mga clock, etc that needs to be re configured after magOff ang battery - not recommended for cars with alarm at ndi araw araw ginagamit.
14.6 po sana full charge. Punta ka po sa "check" section ng app para makita mo yun cells ng every cell. Malamang yun isang cell dyan ay nasa 3.65v or more kaya nagsstop na sya mag charge. Pag may cell po na more than 3.65v pawarranty nyo na po ibig sabihin mahina na yang cell. Na nauunang mapuno.

Baka grounded yun sasakyan nyo po. Check nyo rin po yun voltage ng every cells ng battery sa app. Dapat close ang voltages nila. Pag may isa na super baba ang voltage magiging rason yun para bumababa capacity ng battery nyo.

bakit nyo po tinatanong size ng wire? Hindi ko po exactly alam size ng wire sa sasakyan kasi hindi pa ako nagpalit ng wire ng sasakyan so I never even checked yun sizes ng wire sa sasakyan ko. Better consult an automotive electrician po when it comes to wiring mahirap na magkasunog sa sasakyan, my channel is mostly about solar and nareview ko lang ito dahil lifepo4 ang battery nya. Also google might help to check the right wire size for your car.

i prefer to use active balancer than using bms. this battery is using bms so malamang sira if walang power output kasi naka-series ang bms sa power output. mag DIY nalang ko using active balancer. I have 6pcs LTO cells 26Ah lang so, theoretically it has way more cycles (30K cycles on paper) than lifepo4 d ko pa nabuo 12v batt until ngayon. hehehe

If you search the internet some say masusunog daw ang alternator pag tinanggal ang battery while the engine is running some say hindi naman daw. Well alternators are like generators and if you look at the manual sinasabi nila na himdi advisable paandarin ng walang load ang generator for an extended period of time. So may possibility siguro masunog pero since may load sya which is yun engine mismo and yun accesories sa car ay baka hindi naman talaga masisira. Besides pag nagpapapalit ako ng battery sa motolite sometimes they let you start the car and then remove the battery while the engine is running para hindi magreset yun settings sa sasakyan. So i guess hindi naman masisira ang alternator.

Actually ang kagandahan ng ganan battery sa oto ay pagiging lightweight niya.. Yan ang hindi mo na distinguish between sa ready go batt at lead acid battery.
I think I mentioned it early on hindi ko lang inemphasize as a game changer kasi pag nasa sasakyan na yan hindi mo naman na binubuhat yan at yun weight nya ay negligible sa buong weight ng sasakyan. I dont think makakatipid ka sa gas dahil mas magaan ito. Ang pinaka feature lang naman nito ay may auto shutoff incase nadradrain yun battery at yun longer lifespan compared sa lead acid.

I believe so. Ang ginagawa lang naman ng bms ay dinidisconnect or connect ang battery based on voltages of the battery and ang lifepo4 voltages ay almost the same sa voltage ng lead acid that is why they say na drop in replacement ang lifepo4 sa lead acid batteries.
Ang pagkaka-alam ko kasi is magkaiba yung charging profiles ng Lifepo4 at Lead acid. If its true na may conversation sa BMS then baka pwede na natin magaya yung technology ng Victron na pwede ipaghalo yung lifepo4 at lead acid sa battery bank.
As understood by design drop in replacement talaga ang lifepo4 sa lead acid. Ang pagkaka-alam ko din sa actual usage since yan ang ginagagamit na backup power source sa mga cellsite kasi ang mahal ng cost kapag lifepo4 lahat. But ive askes JF legaspi tungkol diyan pero negatory ang sagot niya which im doubting too since google lang din galing yung sagot niya
@@robertanthonybermudez5545 di ko nagets ibig mong sabihin sa "conversation sa bms". Charger and bms doesnt actually talk to each other. The charger only applies voltage/current to the battery based on the detected voltage of the battery and the current being pulled by the battery. And both batteries(LA and lifepo4) is charged using cc/cv aside from the float stage which the lifepo4 doesnt need. That is why for me you can use a lead acid charger on a lifepo4 battery. Note that some lead acid chargers have lower charging voltage than lifepo4 at 13.8 or 14.2v but it is not an issue since at that voltage the battery is almost full anyway. And float charging a lifepo4 battery doesnt really hurt the cells, well I havent really seen a document saying it does. IMO float charging is just like paralleling another battery, its still CV charging at a lower voltage than the initial bulk charging. Anyways lifepo4 cells wont accept charge anyway if its already full.
Can you give a link to victron mixing LA and lifepo4. I guess they can do that if the lead acid has a separate bms. Hindi ginagamitan ng bms ang lead acid but if they have one installed then I guess that bms can isolate the lead acid feom the lifepo4 so you can parallel them. The issue with paralleling them is they have different charge curves and accept different charge rates so charging them in parallel could give you some unexpected results. But if there is a bms on the lead acid then it will probably try to handle the charging on its own. I will try this in the future so we can see what really happens if you parallel lifepo4 and lead acid battery

Mas matibay po electronics kaysa sa cells na gamit nila. Yun cells will start to deteriorate at 60 degrees celsius pero yan electronics it can take heat higher than that. So before pa masira yan electronics masisira muna yan cells.

Most will say no. But for me yes it will work but I will not recommend it. The reason why some will say it will not work is because some lead acid chargers will charge higher than the safe voltage of lifepo4. But if your lifepo4 battery has a BMS which in this case the readygo battery has one so the BMS will/should stop the charging process in case it is being charged way beyond the safe values. Lead acid chargers also has a float and equalizing charge stage which lifepo4 doesn't need but lifepo4 cells are self limiting which means if it is full it wont accept any more charge so those stage doesn't matter. I will create a video on this topic soon and we will test what will happen if we use a lead acid charger on a lifepo4 battery.
If you have no other charger and needed to charge your lifepo4 asap then I would recommend to watch over it while charging paying attention to the voltage of the battery and individual cells and not leave it unattended.

Sa tingin ko po di kaya 300Amps yan 3pcs na 32650
May mga 32650 po na kaya ang 16C discharge rate so pag kinompute mo 16C @ 6Ah ay nasa 288Amps malapit na sa 300. Ewan natin kung yung cells na gamit nila ay ganyan ang discharge rate dahil normally yun mga murang 32650 around 6C lang ang kaya. Well dumating na yun inrush current meter ko so itetest ko ulit itong readygo battery kung kaya nya ba talaga yan 320amps na rating nya.

Ganda ng program nung bms. Problema electronics yang bms pedeng Hindi xa tumagal ng 10years na sinasabi at pede ding mag cost ng sunog kung mag Loko ang bms🤣
Yan BMS hindi yan basta basta masusunog. If the BMS fails it will usually just short or remain open meaning hindi lang magdidisconnect or magcloclose yun BMS. The BMS can actually last 10 years. Yun battery ang hindi dahil sa init ng makina. The electronics can take heat better than the batteries plus the battery is sealed so little to no corrosion will happen to the bms.

Readygo user here di maganda to kasi yung ilaw ng sasakyan ko kumukurap pag naka idle. Reported sa readygo dealer pinalitan lng battery kaso same lng ngyari. Prng nag cutoff ata yung bms pag fullcharge na tas alternator nlng nag power kaya kumukurap ilaw.

Actually pag nagcutoff ang charging ng bms hindi po ibig sabihin nacutoff din yun output ng battery yun papasok lang sa battery ang nadidisconnect pero yun palabas sa battery may output parin po sya. so it's s not really alternator lang ang nagpopower dahil may power parin yun battery. What I think is happening here is nawawalan ng load yun alternator so nagflaflactuate ang voltage ng alternator at yun regulator hindi makapag cope ng mabilis kaya kumukurap. Dun sa sasakyan naman namin hindi kumukurap kahit puno na battery baka sa ibang sasakyan ganyan nangyayari.

If the claim that is it will last longer than lead acid batteries then it's a big yes for me. But what I really like is that it will turn off when its capacity is less than 30% or should I say 20%. This pandemic our car's battery had to be replaced because it self discharged to the point where it wont charge anymore and since this one is lifepo4 then I won't have to worry again if my battery will self discharge if I am not using my car. Time will tell if the cells they are using can really take the heat and the high discharge rate needed to start a car.

Kung 6-7years ok yan pro 3yèars plus lng wgn kayo bumili sayang lng.
