Grabe sir, pag test lang ng resistance yong nirequest ko para sa mga hindi makabili ng mamahaling tester, pero may malaking extra knowledge, mas naintindihan ko na ngayon pagkaka iba iba ng battery at proper usage o pag gagamitan ng battery dahil sa charge at discharge rate, kaya pala li-ion (18650) kadalasan ginagamit sa mga battery operated tools. salamat sa pag share..

without the datasheet we can only guess. Lets say 3000 cycles sya. After 3000cycles 80% nalang ang capacity nyan. So 6000 x 0.2 = 1200 ang mababawas na capacity 1200 / 3000 = 0.4 ang nababawas every cycle may bawas na 500mAh so 500 / 0.4 = 1250 cycles used which means may 3000 - 1250 = 1750 cycles pang natitira. Hindi po yan accurate since hindi naman linear ang pagbaba ng capacity. Baka mas mataas pa nang konti dyan dahil sa unang cycles ay mas mabilis ang pagbaba ng capacity.

I think you can. I am just not sure how accurate it is. If you are going to use it on a single cell 3.2v or 4.2v you will need to provide an external power to the pzem

@@kevingolena2746 I think it is not as prominent on lifepo4 versus li-ion and lipo cells where they degrade faster when left fully charged. Lipo cells even bloat when left fully charged. I will probably run a cycle test on my lifepo4 cells soon to prove if fully charhing cells will degrade your cells faster

ang sabi ko mas malaking cell mas mababa ang resistance. mas malaki ang prismatic so mas mababa resistance nya. if icocompare mo ang 100ah na 32650 vs 100ah prismatic halos magkalapit lang yan. pag nagparallel ka kasi bababa ang resistance nila.
I dont know his reason kung bakit wag bababa sa 4ohms dahil we are using ohms law so even if you change your resistance you should still get the same result. Edit: After thingking about it, one reason would be it will be easier to get the voltage drop since it won't drop too fast like if you use lower resistance values the downside to that is you will have less voltage drop and accuracy of your result might go lower. I might test a higher resistance later and see how high the differences are.
Di ko po alam internal resistance ng lead acid but I think it is very low 0.0XmOhm Much better po to ask the seller for the specs or datasheet kasi iba iba ang internal resistance ng battery depende sa capacity at build ng battery

any value of resistor can be used because you should still get the same value if you used a different resistor. I used 1 ohm because it just makes it easier to compute.

Anode is negative Cathode is positive It can actually change depending on where the chemical reaction occurs but in our case lifepo4 the anode is negative.
You didnt explain that you showing two completely different method of measuring. First with resistor its DC method and with higher resistance for ebike battery it can show bigger difference compared to measuring with instrument which use AC method 1khz puls. Only measuring with instrument those type you can compere to technical data sheet. Measuring with simple DC method is for cheep way to find bad cell compere to other similar.
