You can see where they have changed out the chopper assemblies since the stator is yellow. I think it was a 4/5 port once before as most of the other thunderbolts in the other videos were of the same combination.
This is St.nPaul, not Minneapolis. Minneapolis had a system of 4/5 port 1000T's, no 1000's. St. Paul had a system of 5 Port 1000's, no 1000T's. They are both, however first Gen A-series Thunderbolts with the big 6M blower.
Your Classic Civil Defence Installation and why did they test in the regular 1 Min Alert and Attack Signals i wonder did they just try out the Three Min Alert and Attack Signals for only just that one time last month or did somebody at ST Paul Emergency Management did a mistake
That reverb around 2:39 is insane, almost sounds like two sirens.
2:39
there are some of those. the city i used to live in/my summer location had one. replaced it with a 2001 :(
That mount… reminds me of the 1940’s Secomak/Klaxon CS8 in the old Broadmoor siren system mount for them.
In Alert mode, that thing almost sounds like a Thunderbeam. Great video!
@Blue10AEMia Ya, it was pointed directly at the church across the street at that time.
@garyhstorms10 It would be interesting to see what they do for next month's test.

@Branden2732 On North Dale in St. Paul Minnesota.
Damn that thing sounds great, I understand why they’ve pretty much been phased out but man it’s still a shame
The Thunderbolt is white and the chopper cap is yellow.
I think I heard a siren from Roseville?
One of your St. Paul siren videos are cool
Sounds like the blower is still going too. At least with the wind down anyway.
nice! like how this thunderbolt is mounted, sweet video!
@el1998p71 My first 2 Thunderbolt 1000 videos spin between signals also (check my siren playlist) They are in St. Paul also.
Now thats a very nice maintenance platform👍👍😀😀❗❗
