Couldn’t agree more. We owe it to the dogs and the average family that needs a good gundog and family pet. We rely on the professionals to do what’s right. A good breeder is a real asset, one that I can trust, and knows my needs. On my 4th Springer, and I love the breed dearly!
Totally agree with what you have said. Shocked at this crossbreeding and the money these breeders charge. So sad that there are many breeds that are vulnerable such as the Sussex Spaniel to name one that if we are not careful will not be around in years. I too was thrilled to get my AKC papers on Emma. Fascinating!!! She is all working line but to us an adorable pet.
@@workingspringerguernsey4961 Yes, and a lot of Irish and British Champions field trial among them too ! So it is her genes, only have to train her properly 😄

Many thanks for your great comment as usual. I hope that you're all keeping well in the US.
I have a Springer for a month now, she is 15 month old, partly hunting trained and has a pedigree from 1915. Paid 1450,- euro for her.
Wow....having a pedigree going back that far is fantastic, well done.
@@workingspringerguernsey4961 do you have a tip how to teach her to follow ? She is a bit of an unguided projectile on the leach at the moment

Do you ever breed your pups to sell?
No I don't, but thanks for asking.
