Hi Ruth, thank you for this video. Please can you make a video about changing universities, i would like to change to THI and don't where to start. I am aware of the process of uniassist and getting admission, but the process of leaving one city, deregistering, and moving to another city. I also would like to know how getting part time jobs is in Ingolstadt, because my blocked account would have been exhausted by then. And probably just life in general. I am based in Frankfurt by the way and i also left you a message on instagram, it might be in your message request folder. Thank you very much.
Hi did you find Info on this
@@RuvimboMagidi She has another video on this, you might want to check it out. It answered the questions.

please what is the advantage difference between studying part-time and full-time in Germany?
Hello, good afternoon
Sorry for the late response,to the best of my knowledge most universities in Germany allows you extend your full-time programme from 3-4 semester(full time) to 5-6 semester so that you are less stressed during the semester and can also work(20hrs week) while you study.
A part-time programme should allow you more flexibility to work however international students are constraint to apply for full time programmes as visa requirement for third countries mostly requires this.
Optionally, you can apply to a dual study programme which is also a form of part-time study.
I hope I was able to provide an answer to the question

great advice!
Thank you for yhr advice. I have a question regarding your application to TUM. How did you fill the section that required your WASSCE results? In the GPA section.
Hello! Unfortunately I cannot remember that detail, I am sorry.
Wow thanks for this video
Most welcome!🤗
Hi Jenny, nice to see that you're doing fine? I just subscribed to your channel, and nice to see how clear you drop your video, so I have a few questions, is germany a friendly country to reside in?
And how is Tech jobs there in Germany? And can one come over with their spouse? And what's the cost of housing like in the big cities compared to the small cities.
Thank you for subscribing 🎉🎉
Yes, I have lived in the south of Germany so far and have been fortunate to meet the most amazing people. The language is usually a barrier though but it has been amazing so far.
There are lots of opportunities in the tech market with the right skill set as far as I know.
Yes, there is a „family reunification visa“ for people who move to Germany and would love to bring their spouses/family along later.
Cost of housing is averagely 30-50% higher in bigger cities than smaller towns plus it’s easier to find accomodation in smaller towns, because of the „good transportation system“, some people live in smaller cities around large cities and commute to work or university
@@simply_jennie thank you so much for your response

Hello Ruth, I am a new subscriber, I just stumbled onto your video and I find your content very informative. I have a few questions to ask you. The first one is , What is IBCM? The next thing I would like to know is about the free German classes offered by Universities. First of all I would like to say I am glad that you are trying to learn the language. German is a beautiful language I love it. Now question; What kind of Universities should I look for if I want to to take free language course? And do I have to be enrolled in some other program in order to take these free language courses? How will I know if the university is offering these free language course? Thank you so much Ruth, and all the best to you.
Thanks for subscribing 🎉

Most German universities with English programmes offer German courses as a language option during the semester.
Search for the university and add sprachenzentrum eg „THI sprachenzentrum“ and you should be directed to the language school portal if they have one and you can scroll through a list of offerings
Yes, you need to be an enrolled student at the university, typically the „German as a language course“ is only one course not a full-time program
Hello, loved the video, very informative. I have a question regarding the change of course, how long did the process take to transfer from TUM to TH? did you have to apply for the design course within the application period? ( that is before the deadline for those who are coming as new students) which can often be like 5 months before the start of the course, or since you were already enrolled in another university in Germany you went through a different route? I'd appreciate an insight regarding this process.
Thank you.
Hello, I applied as a new student via uni assist during the application period, however my programme required 210 ects and I only had 180 from bachelors so I included my masters courses from TUM as I had over 30 ects already by the 2nd semester.
I made applications around January and switched in October, make sure you get admission first also before switching as you’d need to be exmatriculated from your previous uni before enrolling in the new one. Once that is sorted, exmatriculate and reregister at your new uni and in your new city.
note that you cannot switch smoothly if you are doing it in your 3rd or 4th semester
Thank you so much for your feedback appreciate it 🙏🏾@@simply_jennie
You mention you had 5 subscribers. Guess who is on the road to 1k. Congratulations on your growth 👏
Thank you, I am in awe as well!
Hi, I loved your content 😊
Please can you share a sample of your portfolio, will that be possible?
Hello, sure but right now my portfolio is offline because I am working on it ☺️
I have some complicated questions that I would really like you to clarify for me pls

So glad to have you here!
I love your video, do more 😂
☺️☺️thank you
nice one you're doing there
Thank you!
I applied for ny visa on September 2023, this is August 2024, ive secured an admission already but I'm yet to get a ln appointment. I dont even know what to do. Semester is starting in about a month and I'm just so confused.
Hello, good morning
It’s really sad to here that. Have you tried sending an email directly to the embassy with evidence of school resumption date, when you applied for the visa and proof of funds? (I do not mean the email address available on their website)
If you have not please send me an email to ruthjenebuabah@gmail.com
Thanks for the information. Quite explained
I looking forward to moving to Germany. I am currently a mobile videographer and editor. But I studied international relations and I am struck what course to take for masters that can help me with me current path. What do you suggest ?
Hi Valerie,
Sorry for my late response. I cannot exactly point out one programme for you to study but I believe you don’t have to go to school to study something you can excel at with one good online class, creativity and practice😊
I’m sorry I cannot give more advise on this, my experience here is lacking
Hi , I'm a new subscriber. Please i would like to know how difficult it is to get into a TU9 university as an international student
Hi, TUM is quite competitive.
The process is also different as you will need to submit an essay(like a research paper) depending on the program you apply to.
However, TUM accepts lots of student yearly.
hey jennie, can a person with a Bachelor of interior design background get admission in the design leadership program at THI?
Hello, yes you can get admitted…bare in mind that work experience matters as well in the admission decision
you said you changed from masters in management to design
can one change from masters to bachelors?
weird question, I know
Hi, I don’t know but I would advise you ask your university counsellor or course adviser. Regardless make sure you have an admission first before Exmatrikulation or starting the process.
ok, thanks@@simply_jennie
This is very helpful. God bless you for this. I have a question... i am planning apply for masters program early 2025. When do you think is the best time to apply for the students visa
Hello, that’s great! You should already have applied as the waiting period is now 18 months(1.5 years)
@simply_jennie wow. Thank you so much. But is it possible to apply when I don't have admission letter ready .
Lovely...hope someday we can create some contents together 😊
❤️❤️thank you
