I vividly remember a session with Simon, and yes, I’m one of those who started crying, which is quite remarkable as I very rarely cry. It was a deeply healing experience, and I highly recommend trying past life regression if you feel drawn to it.

This is amazing! According to Buddhism, the people we are close to or have shared some kind of significant experience in this life were most likely there in our past lives as well as we are interconnected through Karma. Same Soul but in a different body and assuming a different role. And the other point I found so fascinating when you talked about some souls not incarnating anymore, that's like Buddha reaching enlightenment so thete is no need for him to be reborn again.
Oh yes they test your level by sending a thought through you to watch your reaction [35:14].
They put a picture in my mind of shooting a Sasquatch and I was horrified, "But Sasquatch is my ally!"
They are checking my readiness for upcoming work, without freaking out.
In the past I would have read it as a warning that I would have to do this for survival.
The only thing we know for sure is that we don't know. The rest is beliefs, speculations or guessing.
I was very curious about who Simon was talking about at 19:12, so I looked it up. The authors are Alan and Beverley Pearce and the book is titled *Coma and Near-Death Experience*. Alan was interviewed by Simon on his podcast last March. Sorry I can't provide the link; YT doesn't like links in messages.
