Thank you Yvonne, I would say about 1/2 a tsp per handful, theres not really an exact measurement, if you need it to dry faster you add more but you would also need to work faster. I dont recommend using satin ice for fondant decorations, especially figurines and larger pieces, wilton works best in my opinion, it's cheaper and the flavor is not bad since they updated their recipe plus people dont usually eat the toppers 👍🏻😊
