את מעולה !!! בהצלחה
Good critique but ,I think she's basically saying him leaving is dissapointing but it's a good thing that he left. We listen to english songs like that all the time... Its like saying "I'm sorry...not sorry"
Was looking for translation and you only translated 2 words and the rest just critique. Sababa
sure, since its not really a song in Hebrew you know :) Im here for the Hebrew and the fun. did you at least enjoyed my video?
Awesome video Eli ! Looking forward to more videos
A marriage is supposed to be for better or for worse. For good or for bad. Till death do us part. Bassa, Sababa, wasabi. Like the good the bad and the spicy/ugly.
By saying the negative connotation first, it implies that the sababa is the sarcastic kind. Throw wasabi on there and its like doubling down. Kind of like how she acts in the video. Like "you know what? Bad stuff? I'm good. I'm FIRE." Wasabi. Then she kicks the spice up and blasts it. Bassa Sababa.
מצחיקה ומעולה!
The clip was filmed in Kyiv, Ukraine. Greetings from Kyiv
ממש מעולה!!!
Hi, Eli. I'm excited about your youtube channel. Hey, I'm not that good at Hebrew yet, but do you think bassa could be actually bazza meaning scorn or dispise, so the title of Netta's song would mean something like excellent scorn or wonderful despising?
Since the origin of these words is Arabic, I wouldn׳t try to connect it with similar words from another language... But nice try! :)
Very educational for English speakers and, Eli, your commentary is hilarious!
I just hooked up to her song and find translation and I found you. But it seems your translation is not really a translation but rather a comment? Or opinion? Or idk what is the exact term Lol . well, thanks by the way. I love your channel.
It's a combination since the Hebrew part is not so big/great. Thanks fpr your comment!
(Btw, I have a playlist here with some other modern songs/great hits in Hebrew if you'd like to give it a try) :)
@@speakinghebrew2072 yeah, don't worry I will check time to time for your next video.. see yah :)
So is the begining just gibberish? I mean the Wasabi kinda gives it away but I tought the words at the begining meant something as well
Also on her songs she tends to just mash up syllables as a sort of scat technique so I don't know
That's what it is exactly.
Cool video Eli! Interesting and funny commentary. The subtitle captioning blocks the video so we can't see you.
Congrats on the UA-cam channel! I'm subscribed! : )
See the good things in bad things. Like ying and yang enjoy even when everything looks Bad.
Maybe like take the bad with the good?
i think she is speaking another lanuguage?
Yeah, Hebrew :)
boo boo!
