I love you Nancy. Very sage advice. I wish I saw this 30 years ago. I keep notes tracking my increases & decreases. And for back up- cuz i sometimes forget to mark it down- i will attach a stitch marker to my first decrease/increase so i can easily track it visually.

I just found you one day ago. I love listening to you and am learning a lot. I have a notebook where I write everything down that I’m knitting with all the particulars-needle size, gauge, size I’m making, etc. I am also taping a ball band onto the page

I can often go a week without knitting, I’m going to, today, do at least 10 minutes each morning. Reading directions out loud is a great idea.

I have take knitting needles to New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Italy with no problem

In Canada, my knitting needles were confiscated as well as my scizzors. So beware.25
