I just got the brushed version. Looking at getting the dynamite brushless 2 in 1 for it. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast!

Great video. I just got my first rc . Its the brushed mini . Love it so far And my little 5 year old is catching on fast !! Hoping it's going to be a hobby for him and I to get into
My son saved up his money & picked up the 2.0 mini brushed. It was so much fun that I ended up picking up the brushless version. I upgraded the receiver to a DX3 & wish I saw this video before I did. Nowhere could I find info stating that the ESC was built into the motor & it was beyond frustrating to connect the new transmitter when you don’t know this.
They’re both great little fun cars though & I am certainly going to check out the 1/10th scale cars they’re based on. In the mean time I’m having tons of fun ripping around these bad boys with my son.

Zip tie over the servosaver will greatly improve how the mini-t 2.0 drives. I also found the shocks to be inconsistently filled so swapped out the old fluid for some 20w and added a set of silicon bump stops.
I bought a dynamite taser 540 motor with the built in esc about 3 years ago I think it is 3000kv 2s. It works really good for the price. I have it in ny rustler for my 3 year old son and he loves it.

Wow, just by looking at the Losi Mini-T 2.0. It looks longer than the 1st gen Losi Mini-T, which I still have. And the mini 2.0 handle way better than the 1st gen. Can't wait to order one haha. Love the awesome videos.

Nice little trucks. Perfect for indoor racing in the cold November Rain. Kyosho use a similar Team Orion brushless motor setup with built in ESC on thier 1/10 on road Fazer.
What is "As long as you look after it?" talking about brushless motors. I started YEARS ago on Nitro and felt like I spent more time cleaning and lubing after a bashing session than actual bashing. Thanks
Depends on how you treat them. I like to drive through mud, snow dirt... anything really. So i need to keep the barings smooth and clean the debris out of the can.

My Revo (before the ERevo) Is fun, I was just tired of constantly feeling like i need to check the head temp or is it to lean or fat... It's on a shelf now mawking me to fire it back up.

I got the first version of the Mini T when I was a semi truck mechanic, it fit perfectly in one of my tool box drawers. Could keep it locked up at work for a little lunch time bashing in our gravel lot.

I have a mini t 2.0 brushed and its fun but slow and my servo died after three runs so kinda disappointed but I recently got a slash 2wd kit and love it going brushless and doing alot of upgrades to it like aluminum suspension parts and shocks and low gcg chassis

I'm picking me one up over the weekend I'm going order me the losi with the brushless kit it 200 dollars going to order from Amazon I have the team associate reflex 14 b got it from Amazon months ago got 2 extra batteries for it I luv the buggy I think I'm going to enjoy the losi brushless going to get mine in red enjoyed your video just decided too go brushless instead of brushed they are asking 140 for it for 60 dollars different going with the brushless is faster and can't beat the price the team associate cost around 250 with one battery and charger just bought a extra battery for around 40 dollars so around 300 dollars in the team associate picking my new losi brushless up for 200 dollars and it's brushless great price I luv the reviews on it keep the great work up Mike Holden out of north Carolina said that

They seem to be nose heavy. When they were coming off the jumps they hit nose first. Is this common with the minis?
nah its driver error, always got to stay on the throttle through a jump but when there's an immediate corner afterward, it's tough to maintain the trigger lol
I think the redcat blackout pro sc or xte would be a fair value in comparison because it’s 1/10 and 4wd only thing is it has no slipper clutch and has some other issues if you’re new to rc trucks and are hard on them

Can you help. I have a xtm xt2 xterminator, nitro 1/8 scale with a 2 speed gearbox. What im wondering is, i was thinkning on trying electric, i would like to stick to the off road type. Whats a good buggy to get. Nothing super expensive as havnt tried electric. Like those in the video but think a bit small. What do you suggest ?

I hit a baseball base at 30mph and only cracked the a arm in a small spot and shattered the plastic shock
