Great video...5 minute job. I taped off all around the old switch to avoid scratching paint with screwdrivers. To get the new plug attached to the clip, I used a pair of pliers and held onto the sides of the clip. This prevented it from going back into the hole. Thanks!
Just watched the TWENTY MINUTE video from 1a-auto and they took the entire rear liftgate apart. I logged in to just give this a like once I realized I don't need to tear apart the entire door. Thank you for the quick video!
I started to do this on my 2010 Suburban the same way as you before even checking here on UA-cam to see how to do it. Then realized I'd better check here first to make sure I don't break anything. Was disheartened at first when I saw the 1A-Auto video first in my search, but then your video was the next in queue, and I was thrilled to see it could easily be done! That's all I needed. Two flathead screwdrivers and 90 seconds later, I was done. Hardest part was getting the "clip" to latch on the new switch, but even that only took 20 seconds. Thanks!!!
I need to change my switch too. I was wondering that thing that has two screws I wonder if that’s another way to go and get into that since it’s like right there next to it. experiment right now it’s 7:15 pm at night fuck it I’m going in

Just did this for my 2010 Suburban. Took 5 minutes or less. Great how-to video. Thanks!
Excellent. I replaced my 2013 Tahoe window release in about 5 min. Great video. Thank you for the help.
