Как происходит процесс написания? Напевается в гитарпро мелодия через микрофон затем подтягивается худо бедно под выбранную тональность и аранжируется тремя аккордами всем известными тоникой, суб- и доминантой? Или как то иначе? И как если это не секрет?

А что не видно ,что человек не на трех аккордах исполняет.Вы сделайте хотя бы что -нибудь похожее,без суб гармоник и тоников

Илья Горин , тоника , субдоминанта и доминанта это не аккорды , а ступени звукоряда . Поучите теорию музыки.
