I Made These Miniature Clocks Inspired by Different Styles of Clocks. I Used UV SOFT Resin (doesn't set hard and stays soft and flexible), Mod Podge Gloss, Ranger Glossy Accents, Gold Paint, Foam Board, Balsa Wood, Jewellery Findings, Nail Art 3D Watch, Paper / Card, Imitation Gold Leaf, Posca Pens and Acrylic Paint. The Relief Paint is from on Amazon UK website and its called PEBEO INC PEBEO CERNE Relief TRANSPARNT, 20 ml (I Used the Transparent one but There are Other Colours Available too). These clocks are just wonderful! The first one is just like one my grandfather owned! I had forgotten all about it until seeing the one you made brought back all the memories

The resin and gold leaf is such a fascinating way to make an ornate clock! Lovely minis :).
Thank you very much! I did try to use just the gold paint but it didn't look as shiny as I wanted it to be so I used the gold leaf. I like the soft resin as it is also flexible 😊💕

1 question: is it an idea to make the glasses from hard plastic?
The plastic from a salad box or a candy pakkage.

Do you think maybe clear nail polish would work for the glass
I just tested it 😄 and it does work. This was on plain paper and I added a couple of layers (takes a while to dry) and it looks the same effect as the glaze. I also tried it on paper where I used (posca pen) colour and the colour did bleed when I added nail polish on top of it. So if you add colour, be careful as it may bleed. Hope this helps 😊💕

Thank you! 💕You can definitely use resin too 😊 I just want to give different options for my viewers.
I must mention to people that the UV resin you used is either old (and not setting properly) or only part cured as it doesn't normally bend and move when fully cured

@@wonderwend1 No worries at all 😄💕 I'm glad you made that comment as it's so important to use the resin correctly. First time I used UV resin without gloves, It gave me a bad allergic reaction.
What diameter does the brass wire you used have?
They are 18 mm. I Bought a set of different sizes on Amazon. They are Round Open Back Bezels used with Resin.
