Great and informative vlog, I did mine a couple of weeks ago using the correct oil good quality Mobil, and I would say it had only done 25 hours in 3 years kind regards to you Mark from Billericay 😃👍
I'm just about to change the oil on my K10 TS but it doesn't appear to have an oil sight glass, there's just a blank in the casting. Have they stopped fitting them?
Nice vid, very helpful…just did mine…forgot to release the top cap first so had an oil explosion when I undid the sump drain…(warning to everyone) oh well all good THX
Great video. Thank you for showing the righty tighty aspect in close view for dummies like myself haha. I’m curious however because my 1622TS that I bought from RightLook Auto Detail Supply in Cali didn’t come with a “sight glass” on the side of it. It looks like there’s a hole for it to be placed into, but there’s only metal frame and no sight glass.
My Kränzle 10/120 HD has creamy oil and pressure build up in oil compartment, so it’s passing water from the pump side. Which seal set should I change? Thanks.
@@KranzlePressureWashers thank you for your reply. Also is it normal that these will not turn on until pressure relieved from the trigger or turn on trigger pulled? Otherwise the motor just buzz and not spin. I can’t recall did mine ever start as it’s been like that forever. I’m not using extension cord.
It is remarkable That I bought the Quadro 800 - not cheap - and they do not bother to tell you how much oil you will need to put in when replacing. The oil pissed out in shipping and now I have no idea how much to put back in and what to use.
Not really. It would work in a pinch but it’s much, much better to use the kranzle gear oil. It’s pricey, but you can compare it to oil of its weight side by side in a glass and see the difference.
First time i get kranzle and window glass side i see a lot bubbles in oil that from shipping, I run machine in same time My question is inside machine will be ok or having damage? Because a lot of bubbles oil, I running test pump short time 3-5Minute. Sorry about english language.
My 1322 leaks ever so slightly at the bottom middle behind the oil plug but before the main body (near the find). Only a year old. What is causing that?
I’m always going to recommend original Kranzle pump oil, however if you can’t get it you can use a good quality engine oil like 15w40 just remember the cheaper the oil the more you will need to change it
Hi Malcolm, I changed my oil recently and used 250ml of the genuine Kranzle oil. But I'm getting quite heavy cavitation, lots of air bubbles in the oil which I never got before. It makes the oil look milky, but it's not water in the oil, just air bubbles as when it settles the oil looks normal again through the site glass. Also, the old oil had no milkyness to it, just a tad darker than the fresh stuff, nothing untoward.......Have I done something wrong? The red filler cap was tight enough, as when I took it off yesterday I did get the normal hiss, so it should be air tight in there. But this cavitation is something that strangely my old oil never did. I wonder if the factory oil is a thicker running in type oil?
@@KranzlePressureWashers When you say check again, do you mean the oil level? Once settled, the oil sits just above the pistons / springs. Or do you mean drain and check for milky residue in the container I catch the oil in? It's the first change I've done, machine is a year old / approx 50 hours running time on it..... K10 122 TS
I obviously recommend the original kranzle oil that’s the one in the link in the video description You can use a good quality 15w/40 as a next best thing if you can’t get it locally But remember if you use a cheap oil be prepared to have to change it more regularly
I always recommend the Kranzle pump oil because of its properties, I do understand that people who aren’t in the UK can’t find it easily then I would recommend a good quality engine oil around 15w/40 remember the cheaper the oil the more often you should change it
@@SpotlessWaterGuy I contacted ATLANTIC PRESSURE WASHERS on MARYLAND. BUT HAD TO SWITCH to a synthetic oil of their recommendation, can't recall at moment but still have container in garage. So far no issues at all.
Ideally Kranzle official oil, if you need to you can put 15w40 in but use a good quality oil, The lower the quality of oil the more you will have to replace it 👍 kranzle-pressure-washers.co.uk/products/kranzle-high-performance-gear-oil-400932?_pos=6&_sid=04004d8bd&_ss=r

I’ve dropped my spanner into the oil once I’ve finished just to make sure it will prevent from rusting. Job done

Excellent. Just ordered oil from your website, and, finally, will get round to doing this
Just changed the oil on mine, this video really helped, thank you for the upload.
I just received my 1322ts. It doesn't have an oil site glass like yours. It was manufactured 5-22. Did kranzle get rid of the oil site glass? Thanks

Malcolm, I need a replace the oil in a Profi 160 TST that I bought from Aquaspray in December 2021. I'm wondering what volume of oil this model takes?
Morning how much oil approx. and what grade of oil please :)

I don't see anywhere. What type of motor does that machine have? Is brushless ?
They are induction motors, some are 4-pole
No kranzle has a brushed motor

Which oil to use for Kränzle HD 9/80??

Always check the oil before you start
When it starts running it can cause bubbles if you let it settle and check it again it should be fine
