Good video, i noticed some oil leaking from mine yesterday, im more then confident to carry out this repair myself, how much would you say all the parts cost
f well argued video Thank you, it is very helpful to me. What kind of oil and how much oil goes into a change? (the oil brand and what characteristics are written on the container would help me a lot)👌
Hi, great video. I have my 1150T which is leaking oil. Which seal should I change? Kranzle oil 25€/L do you have another oil to recommend that doesn't eat the seals! ( it's not condensation )
Changed my oil just now. It was milky but the machine has had a lot of constant use over the last few weeks apart from the milky oil it's working well any need to worry kranzle k7
It may be just condensation, but without stripping and cleaning the whole oil chamber the oil will always turn back milky, keep an eye on the oil if you continue to use without fully servicing it
it depends on how much they are leaking, pressure faults are usually not the seals unless the leak is bad, check the valves ua-cam.com/video/A6SvZMRuH7I/v-deo.html
Thanks for the video, I just made myself a tool to get the oilseals out and it worked great
Where can I get the clear cap replacement mines leaking oil around that area

Anyone got any tips on getting the seals out? I'm really struggling!
Brilliant video. Thank you. What type of grease are you using and what oil? Tia
I used a lithium type grease
What is the tool you are using to push in the oil seals?
This is the original Kranzle service tool
Before I owned one I used a correct size socket and extension bar to push the seal in evenly
link from where i can buy that seal puller tool?
if you call us we can hire it out, we can sell them but they are expensive to buy
make one not very difficult really

@@KranzlePressureWashers ok will do
Please try with Rhino eletric washer 3.7kw
Great sir
How mush pressure does a washer lose when seals are knackered?
it depends on how much they are leaking, pressure faults are usually not the seals unless the leak is bad,
check the valves

You should show people how to do this with the profi 160 washer
I have a Profi and do plan to do a video, it is almost exactly the same just slightly bigger seals
@@KranzlePressureWashers I will definitely be looking forward to that 👍
12:02 those holes could be used to push out the oil seals no tool necessary....
I would say at least 50 % of kränzle owners would rather pay someone to carry out this work
I’m always on hand to do the job for people, however some people try and do more damage, so this is perfect for the people who want to try
