At this point, Kramnik is just making a complete idiot and fool of himself. *Even* the Hikaru haters admit that the idea of Hikaru cheating is absurd and complete lunacy
I think Kramnik started with good intentions. Then he went too far. And now he's making a complete fool of himself because he prefers to double down on his accusations instead of just admiting that he went too far.
I don't like Hikaru but Hikaru is a great person in comparison. I do respect Hikaru as one of the greatest chess players alive though. No one gets close to Magnus though. Kramnik is just not sane.
In case you didnt know, Former World Chess Champion Vladimir Kramnik recently accused Hikaru Nakamura of cheating. Now, many persons original reaction was to scoff at it and move on. However, it DOES hold at least a little weight First and foremost, lets establish a few good old facts. Hikaru Nakamura is currrently 35 years old. A chess player usually reaches there prime at late 20s to early 30s. So it is odd that (although his rating did go down ) Hikaru is still playing at the level he was when he was in his prime. Now thats odd for classical, but especially odd for blitz, because one naturally detiriorates at blitz as they get older. Now so that is right off the gate quite questionable. However also ones brain naturally loses stamina (I cant think of any other word) as they get older, and to win game after game for so long, especially whilst streaming and talking to a audience, at the age of 35, is again quedtionable. Finally, unlike what many are saying, Hikaru DOES have a motive. He quite literally relies on streaming to keep up his lavish lifestyle, and losing games doesnt look great when new people join the stream. I dont actually believe that Hikaru cheated, but Kramnik isnt completely out of his mind. Also the main thing Im annoyed about is the 1200s who idolise Hikaru, acting like Kramnik is a fool. Like yeah Kramnik is most likely wrong but yall know nothing about how to spot a cheater or anything about chess frankly, please pipe down and stop the meat eating
No one is better than cheaters. The only reason some amazing players can win against cheaters is because they're playing low time control and they move instantly whereas the cheater has to check the engine for every move they make.
@@miguelangelsanchezpla3181 everyone is better than cheaters, considering 99% of them is below 400 irl, nobody is better than stockfish. as to beating them in low time controls, many gms can do it, but hikaru is undoubtedly one if not the best one in blitz
Lmao I love these titles 😂 Kramnik may have just been having a particularly bad time and completely lost it when he got clapped by Hikaru. He tried to backpedal so hard too 😂. Poor guy. No one has forgiveness these days. He should just admit he was wrong by accusing Hikaru of cheating rather than be too proud to admit to complete misjudgement and lack of preparedness on his part.
the fact that it took him always a couple of seconds for the opening moves already was super sus. If someone is actually playing that high elo, does he really need to think 3-5 seconds for EVERY move until move 8-10? Of course at some point he has to make a decision which theory to follow, but every single move? That guy had a big opening library in his ... head.
At this point we are all waiting the "Evil Kramnik" account, a genius that let Stockfish play and destroy everyone in TT just before getting banned, then the meme is complete.

I was at home two nights ago when I saw this guy right outside my window. He was about 1.95m tall with a ski mask on and glasses overtop the mask. He held up a sign that said "I know you cheated". So I ran outside to get him off our lawn and he started freaking out about a "moral crisis" Tbh I couldn't really understand what he was saying because He had a thick Russian accent. (If I had to guess I'd say Tuapse region) Then he attacked me and we started to grapple standing up. Luckily he stepped on some dog shit and slipped and I got away. I called the cops while he kept yelling outside. He ran off before the cops showed up. I think it was Kramnik.
Naka has super integrity… some Russian GM was going to pay him to draw when he was like 14 and he instantly told the TD and kicked the guys ass , he’s a true prodigy and Kramnik is living in Stalin propaganda times
Actually the game didn't look sus the moves were very logical. I would have found 90 percent of these moves. Very straightforward play but ig the cheater just stumbled in a position that is easy to play for humans
Not saying Hikaru's opponent wasn't cheating, defenetly looks like he does, but most of the moves Hikaru analysed at the end wasn't even that hard to find, so idk why he was so impressed. I am only about 1900 but instantly saw the moves like c4, Rxf7, g4, g5, h4 before they even were played
A lot of Hikaru's fans said that there's no way he could be cheating at 3/0 because its too fast paced and he's eating noodles. How is his opponent doing it? He's making best move in under a second. What kind of cheat is that?
