1 splash of vanilla or zest of 1 lemon.
Vegetable oil 70 ml (in the case of solid coconut oil it is 55gr.)
2 cups of flour (exactly 370 g of flour)
2 teaspoons ak raz de Royal (Baking Powder)
1 cup of water (exactly 270 grams of water)
See procedure and do it as is, so that the Biscochuelo grows tall and spongy!
Medium/low oven between 170° and 180° (35 -40 minutes)
Always preheat the oven for 10 min.
