Please help with this question as it has been on my mind for long. Thanks.
Both work let say u hv 21 day cycles 21-18 =3 that’s your fertile your ovulation will be 3+ 4= 7 das ovulation end of fertile will be 7 + 5 gives u 12 end of fertile is the same u can check from the video I think I helped

Ur vagina can't contain all the sperm,some must come out definitely in such case if u want to get pregnant after him releasing in you he should keep it in for some minutes He shouldn't just release n get up off u
After depo injection,got only one shot from June-August, I had my first period on 2nd October-9th October 2022 7days.. the next periods was on 12th November-17 November 6days only …. I had a 41 cycle does that mean they’re irregular??

35-14=21 is ovulation day,21-4=17 danger day is start then 21+5=26so danger day is from 17-26days

Very confusing, some people are using number 18 and some are using number 14 to subtract from the monthly cycle. Which number are we taking 18 or 14.
Both work let say u hv 21 day cycles 21-18 =3 that’s your fertile your ovulation will be 3+ 4= 7 das ovulation end of fertile will be 7 + 5 gives u 12 end of fertile is the same u can check from the video I think I helped
