2005 Polaris 500 Upper Steering Bushings EZ method w/o removing plastic or gas tank

This is the fastest version I have been able to find to replace the Upper Steering Bushings on your Polaris Sportsman 500 HO EFI and bikes of similar year models for example the 700 . This method does not require you to remove the front storage compartment, front fenders, gas tank or the clutch snorkel. We will do all work from the headlight clamshell down.

I just finished putting the steering bushing on my 2000 Polaris Sportsman. If it wasn't for your video I don't think I could have successfully completed the job!! Putting the bracket back on around the bushing was tough for me. I couldn't get the nuts back on the carriage bolts. Thanks man!!

No reason it shouldn’t… the differences in the headlights should be minimal… the video should give you enough pointers that you would notice anything else required… good luck hope it works out
