wow thats crazy, how can this be mitigated? do you have to give them uniforms without pockets or what, is there a way to count eggs?

Uniform without pocket is a good idea then mount Cctv camera and must be watched when leaving some farmers implement that workers must be searched on their way out , it's just terrible 😔
