Yes, some of his stories are this way. You get various parts so you learn about the characters, then he will pull it all together.
The whole covid thing is ruining the story
It's unlistenable with all the covid bullshit. Every second sentence has a mask, jab, or vaccination word in it. This book will age so badly. It's already so annoying.
