Lovely home Candi! I hope you have many happy years there and make many happy memories! As for the table in the formal lips I g room. I think the bowl and candles should be parallel to the couches. I’d get something where the bowl is the same all around and looks good from both couches if it’s not already like that.
Love the house it’s beautiful! You can do anything you want in there such great bones! So nice having your own bathrooms! I like the surf pictures in the one bathroom I would paint the walls black and keep those pictures in there take the rest out in the kitchen I would paint the cabinets black and do a different color on the walls and the arrangement in the living room should be facing the couch not the fireplace lol and I would change the color of the walls in there more of a tan or beige would really complement the furniture maybe get some bigger candleholders for the table and a flower arrangement for your formal living room❤❤❤❤❤ I have interior design degree. You could really do a lot with what you got just rearranged ect.

Girl you aren’t kidding about the one story part! My house before this one, the one we built, was two story and It made me realize real quick how much I would never have another two story house again If I could help it! Yes it is defiantly worth the wait! To be honest I like re modeling things and such, but right now I’m tired! Lol! It’s all we’ve been doing for a good while now! I should have shown some before and after pics! That extra space outside is perfect for the dogs! I plan on getting them some things to play with and put out there! I really liked that whoever built this house did that! ❤️

We have a desk in our kitchen and its annoying too. It's become our coffee bar station and houses my convection toaster oven. I'm definitely going to get rid of mine if we redo our kitchen. Your home is beautiful!

A brand new kitchen would be fabulous (but also painting them would give it a new look also) the only thing I would suggest regarding the new oven being across from the main part, is as you are unloading the oven with hot things, you have a distance to walk before you can place that hot tray down on a surface, and/or a person/dog walks into you as you are holding hot trays 🔥
Ugh yea maybe it should go in the with the rest of the cabinets on the main side! Never thought of that! I have more than enough to take one section to put an oven in! Thanks for the help!!! I appreciate that! ❤️

Yes she will! Ikea is exactly where we planned to start! The nearest one to us is 2 1/2 hours away so we are gonna go there when she is out of school and make a day of it! Right now she is in the middle of staar testing at school and finals so we are pushing that out! I can’t wait until we get that done! I’ll put a pic on here when we do! 💕💕
