The crookedness was way obvious! No, you're not OCDing nor picky! Very frustrating! I had to return the mono High Rise 3 times due to lack of quality assurance issues. Gave up on #3 and no way would I try for a 4th. When dealing with QA issues, it's such a feeling of doom as you're opening the package....and you had to wait so long! Then it's 'Yep, another quality problem!' Grrrr As you mentioned, probably better to go into the boutique and see it with your own eyes before paying good $$$$ for it ....only to be disappointed. Keep us posted on this.
Wow, this is insane reading how many people have had to return so many bags bc of quality issues!! You would think somebody somewhere would see all of these returns and fix the issues within this over all company! Maybe if they didn’t have a new collection every week they’d spend more time perfecting them by slowing down the many different styles and colors!

I would definitely exchange it. I know the process is annoying and especially since you waited so long. I was at LV yesterday picking up my nano Alma in epi black (my little dream bag lol )and I saw the cream one on display it looked ok to me so hopefully when you go you find one that’s in perfect alignment:) 😊Lv has been having a lot of issues lately so this time I decided I’d shop from the boutique and since they didn’t have it I had them order it and I had to look at pictures before I went in. Yep. Saw the crookedness right away. Have you ever seen Shea Whitney's LV pochette metis unboxing from years ago? Her's was very crooked and she had to call them and exchange it. She said when she took it in the associates said they can't see what she was talking about! It was VERY obvious too. Crazy.

It’s wonky…it’s the first thing I noticed when you pulled it out. I just received the walk and lock in black and the snap closure does not line up. There is something wrong with every bag I get. It’s such a hassle.

Ugh everytime i see a new bag and it has visible quality issues i get so frustrated. I just can’t understand how they don’t see the problems we see before they box it up and send it out. There is no reason before you can enjoy your purchase you have to inspect a bag 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ugh so frustrating! Ok sorry that just makes me mad everytime. This is why I purchase way more preloved then new. I don’t even have to inspect my pieces because Bella and Ariel sell top notch top quality pieces. Congratulations on your new bag Candi once you get a new one I’m sure you’re going to love it. I don’t own the bumbag(on my wishlist) but everytime I see it it makes me want it more and more.

This was one of the ones top on my list and I kept seeing it look like that and it turned me off. I didn’t try and order it. Also the embossing. I hope you get a better one next time! I don’t know if I’m going to try at a later time or not.

We really shouldn’t have to dread receiving an ordered bag. It’s ridiculous. They should at least be straight and symmetrical. I’ve had good luck in general but when I got my black empreinte pochette Métis about 6 years ago I had to go through 4 bags to find one that was symmetrical on the front. And I’m not an ultra picky person. One of the SAs there told me that you can’t expect the bag to be straight and symmetrical In The front where the s lock attaches. I told her that it’s basically a 2500 piece of leather and it absolutely should be symmetrical. She was not my SA but I refused to ever work with her when I went in if my SA was not there. Ridiculous that she tried to use that excuse instead of just fixing the problem.
I 100% agree with every single thing you said! Thats ridiculous that they told you that! I’ve heard so much about how these defects aren’t defeats! Ummm for that kind of money yes they are!!!!! I went through 3 east west bags before I got one with a straight s-lock closure!

@@candissweetloveforlv I carry a cute clear pouch with with different color sunshades and pineapples on it. I carry things like packets of hand sanitizing wipes ( germ-x ), packets of Shout wipe and go, packets of eye glass lens cleaners, and packets of healthy sweetener. 😀

I can’t buy from LV anymore. I’ve had so many problems receiving used bags and bags with quality issues. I’ve returned 70 percent of the bags I’ve purchased due to flaws. I expect problems whenever I order from them. Sad. I’m soooo done with them.
See that’s what crazy is you get “punished” for sending bags back bc of the problems they caused in the first place! I’m just about with you!! I got a new epi alma bb in this Tiffany blue color .. I forget the name , but the hubby got it as a gift last month and they didn’t include the gift card , didn’t tie the ribbons on the box , didn’t include the inserts with receipt … he called and they were like so ???? lol 😂 I swear they need to hire actual humans 🙄, they act like aliens or they just don’t have enough brain cells to comprehend.

I know, that’s the bad part is they don’t just send back to the factory bc it’s defective they will sell it to the very next person who walks in wanting it! Hopefully nobody would buy it for the same reason! I wouldn’t if I seen it like this first!

I had to send my pochette Métis east west BACK 4 TIMES!!! The 4th time, they sent back the EXACT same bag I had just returned 😑..that had a HUGE glob of glue order the handle.
I live about 2 hours away from the closest boutique sooooo I was ready to just forget about it all together.
Oh my gosh! I had to send my mono EW PM back three times also! The last time I chose it in store and chose between 4 bags! It was the only one that looked right! I live 3 hours away from the nearest one also so it’s hard for ones like us to drive and see in person, but I’m thinking no more ordering at all! It’s getting ridiculous! Sorry that happened to you! Nothing about LV says luxury. From the quality to packaging. They are one of the most basic. So basic it kinda screams “ we don’t gaf “ bout customer service. Nothing is protected or tucked in nicely it’s just thrown in there.
You said it all!!! Literally!!!! I don’t understand it! If it weren’t for the bags I’d never shop there again, but now that’s pushing it bc the bags are getting made bad! It’s quite annoying!! Even the contemporary houses care more!
