- installed April 2000. without question the best elevator i've ever seen in my entire life. period. plz excuse me nerding out to the largest extent ever seen by humankind but hey, when it's your favorite rarer prototype model of elevator, with an even rarer trinket known in the elevator community still functioning in its original capacity on top of it all... it's a recipe for some nerding out lmao

Hell yes another one found in Chicagoland! if your ever back in the Chicagoland area, there's another low pitched 321A in nearby Arlington Heights at 6 South Vale Ave and has an even more epic motor than this one, not in the best of shape but still worth checking out if you ever get back over here

Thats cool, i remember i saw a schindler with low pitch on the outside, but sadly, the inside got replaced with high pitched chimes

Its at the banana republic in the galleria mall in Houston TX, and yes, that is a unique setup! I belive it was all low pitched, but they replaced the inner chimes to high pitched but the outer chimes are still low pitched.
