About to start my first yard sign campaign. Never had it in the budget before but I’m going to give it a shot. I could only get 100 this time but hopefully I’ll get a job or two off it and reinvest! Going to try out yard signs, my question is when you put them out do you leave them until they get removed or destroyed? Or do you go back to get them after a certain time period?

What are the laws regarding where you can and cant leave yard signs? I'm sure it varies state to state and town to town but I'm just worried about attracting the wrong attention. I just bought my first lawn sign and I paid a premium on Vistaprint to put in my own lawn (which is in a high traffic area). My sign is simple and to the point like yours though. I will eventually buy a bulk amount through a cheaper website when I want to put them out on public property. My business is Aerial Drone photography.
So I just started putting out bandit signs and maybe put down about 30 and got a call from the sheriff's office within a week saying I was violating county workments and this was my only warning and Every citation after will be a misdemeanor. 😮 Is he just bluffing or should I steer clear of yard signs in my county?
Dang! You about as type A as I have EVER seen! I made one sign and put it in one location near a stop light in a village and it got me enough business to start the referrals flowing. The code enforcement didn't ask me to take it down for 9 months. Gonna do the same for my new carpet cleaning business, Betcha its gonna work again. Man am I lucky or what?

Where i live theres a crazy amount of laws against putting signs up anywhere. Only way to do it is having one out while working, and asking the owner if you can leave it there for X amount of time, a week or two.

they have worked well for me Jason. I get a lot more calls for house washing from the signs then roof washing
