Same with Tom Waits. And Hip Hop, like he’s so busy going “oh we all like different things I don’t have to like everything” he doesn’t even try with certain things. Like nobody can sit down and listen to Hot Rats front to back and be insulted that people compare you to that guy. Or even the crossfire interview, it just seems so contrarian to me, ironically it’s EXACTLY like the Beatles thing he brings up. I remember when Office Hours was just Tim taking Facebook calls and half the calls were terrible, the lack of polish and absolute chaos of it was super entertaining and badly needed. Tim’s comedy has always been about the awkwardness of real life, including our heroes. I hope the Tom Cruise vid gets clipped!
